(Alliance News) - Abcam PLC on Monday said it raised USD180.0 million through issue of American depositary shares.
Cambridge-based reagents and tools for life science research said it closed its offering of 10.3 million shares at USD17.50.
"Each ADS offered represents one ordinary share of Abcam. The ADSs were offered in a registered public offering in the United States," Abcam said.
Abcam shares closed 0.4% lower at 1,435.00 pence each in London on Monday.
