Anglo Asian Mining leapt by a third Wednesday after the gold producer said it produced 3,483 ounces of the yellow metal at its Gedabek gold/copper mine in Azerbaijan last month.Total production from the mine now stands at 14,848 ounces and Anglo expects it will see ongoing increases in production during 2010. 'We are delighted with the gold production increases seen over the past few months and hope that, having overcome the initial teething problems, this growth will continue,' said chief executive Reza Vaziri.The firm said it is 'hopeful' it will exceed its revised production target for the first 12 months of operation to 30 June 2010 of 25,000 ounces of gold.
