Airtel Africa PLC - telecommunications and mobile money services in 14 African countries - Hires Kelly Bayer Rosmarin as non-executive director from Tuesday. Bayer Rosmarin is currently chief executive officer of Singtel Optus & Consumer Australia and was previously with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ending as group executive of Institutional Banking & Markets.
