(Alliance News) - London-based All Asia Asset Capital Ltd on Thursday named Peter Antonioni as non-executive director, effective immediately.
Singapore-based Antonioni is the sole director and sole shareholder of One Nine Two Pte Limited.
One Nine Two holds 120,000,000 shares in All Asia Asset Capital, which represents approximately 15% of the company's current issued share capital.
All Asia Asset Capital shares were down 5.8% at 3.07 pence on Thursday afternoon in London.
