DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: AA Boss Breakwell Buys Shares After Results

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday. ----------AA said that Chief Executive Simon Breakwell bought GBP169,000 worth of shares in the company.Breakwell bought 142,249 shares at an aggregated price of GBP1.18 per share. His total holding following the purchase was not disclosed.Prior to the market open on Tuesday, the roadside recovery company reported a rise in annual pretax profit, but a drop on adjusted basis due to increased costs of using third-party garages and higher-than-expected breakdowns.The company also cut its dividend payout for the 2018 financial year by 46% as a result of the new planned investments and a dividend covenant under the company's debt structure. It declared a total dividend of 5 pence per share for 2018 financial year, versus 9.3 pence a year ago, comprising an interim payout of 3.6p and a final payment of 1.4p.AA recorded pretax profit of GBP141 million for the year ended January 31, up from GBP100 million in the year ago period, on a revenue of GBP960 million and GBP933 million, respectively. Trading earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation - the company's preferred profit measure - fell 3% to GBP391 million from GBP403 million, in line with its previously announced guidance.Shares in the company closed 9.9% higher at 125.06 pence on Tuesday.----------C4X Discovery Holdings said Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Clive Dix has acquired shares worth GBP98,950 in the drug discovery firm in a number of transaction on Monday and Tuesday.On Monday, Dix - CEO since 2016 - acquired 10,000 shares at 108.5 pence each with a further 60,000 acquired at 113.0p, worth a combined GBP78,650. This was followed hot on the heels by a further 20,000-share purchase at 101.5p each on Tuesday, worth GBP20,300.After the transactions, Dix held 1.4 million shares or a 3.04% stake in C4X. Shares in C4X closed 14% higher at 118.50p on Tuesday.----------Oil and gas producer Amerisur Resources said Tuesday that Independent Non-Executive Director Dana Coffield acquired GBP35,206 worth of shares in the company.Coffield acquired 233,000 ordinary shares at 15.11 pence per share. Following the transaction, Coffield holds 384,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the company's issued share capital.Amerisur Resources also said a company related to Chief Executive John Wardle bought GBP49,909 worth of shares in the company on Tuesday.Tracarta acquired 322,000 shares at 15.5 pence per share. Following the transaction, Tracarta holds 21.5 million shares, representing 1.8% of the company's issued share capital.Shares in Amerisur closed 1.0% higher at 15.60 pence on Tuesday.----------
