7digital Says Trading In Line With Expectations, Winning Contracts

Fri, 24th Apr 2015 07:57

LONDON (Alliance News) - 7digital Group PLC said Friday that it continues to trade in line with expectations, and has won several contracts since it announced its 2014 results in March.

In a statement ahead of its annual general meeting, the digital music and radio services company said it has won contracts including four new customers, and expanded two existing contracts into new territories.

It is seeing strong growth from the radio sector as customers look to use their brands to create streamed music services, the company said.

"Our skills and technology sit at the meeting place of radio and streamed music and our sales pipeline tells us that this is the right place to be," said Chief Executive Officer Simon Cole in a statement.

Shares in 7digital are trading up 1.4% at 17.62 pence Friday morning.
