LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.

Housebuilder Telford Homes said Joint Managing Director John Fitzgerald sold 25,000 shares at a price of 416.5 pence per share, as part of a series of share sales to raise funds for a divorce settlement.
Fitzgerald had sold 100,000 shares on Tuesday at 421.375p each. He had previously sold 50,000 and 100,000 shares last Wednesday and the Friday prior, respectively.
The share sales were required for Fitzgerald to fulfil a personal financial commitment as part of a divorce settlement, the company said. Wednesday's sale is the last in the series of recent sales relating to his divorce settlement, and no further sales will be undertaken, Telford said.
In total, Fitzgerald sold 275,000 shares, raising about GBP1.2 million before expenses.
Following this transaction, Fitzgerald retains 107,718 shares in the company, representing approximately 0.18% of the company's issued share capital.
The stock closed up 0.5% at 416.00p Wednesday.

7digital Group said co-founder Ben Drury sold 750,000 shares at a price of 14.925 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Drury holds 12 million shares, which represents an 11.14% stake in the firm. Shares in the digital music and radio services company closed down 9.0% at 15.69p Wednesday.

International Biotechnology Trust said Caroline Gulliver, a non-executive director, bought 2,500 shares at a price of 569.01 pence per share Tuesday. The purchase is her only holding after being appointed in April. Shares in the trust closed up 2.1% at 587.00p Wednesday.

Aukett Swanke Group said Andrew Murdoch, a director, sold to Chairman Anthony Simmonds 500,000 shares at a price of 7.5 pence per share Wednesday. Following this transaction, Murdoch and Simmonds now hold 13 million and 1 million shares, respectively. These represent beneficial interests of 7.86% and 0.61% of the issued share capital of the architectural and design services firm. The stock closed up 2.6% at 7.44p Wednesday.

Smart Metering Systems said Chief Executive Officer Alan Foy sold 1.1 million shares at a price of 315.5 pence per share. The deal is worth about GBP3.5 million before expenses. Following this transaction, Foy holds 7.8 million shares, which represents 9.05% stake in the firm. Shares in the gas meters company closed down 1.5% at 330.00p Wednesday,
