Harena Rare Earths Plc (LSE: HREE) has raised £2.0 million through a direct subscription by a prominent international investor, issuing 90,909,090 new shares at 2.20 pence per share.
Proceeds will support continued development of the Ampasindava ionic clay rare earth project in Madagascar, engagement with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), and working capital.
Admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is expected on or around 23 February 2026.
Executive Chairman Ivan Murphy said the investment represents “another endorsement of our world-class rare earth project and our strategy for its development.”
