Indecisiveness

Well, little Miss Indecisive only went and sold Churchill Mining (TIDM code: CHL), only to miss the dip and it cost her to get back in. Not too much, but I shouldn’t have been dithering about selling and buying prices. I sold Maghreb Mining (TIDM code: MMS) as it was too high-risk, only to think I would then go back in as a ‘punt’ (to be fair, at a lower price and with a much lesser investment). I decided to start moving back to cash and sold about 35-45% of my monetary value, only to start putting it back into the markets again. You see, I am very much a typical Libran. Most personality traits that are applicable to Librans are applicable to me and indecisiveness is a huge one. Of course, it makes life unbearable at times. I could go to buy something, take blinds for my hall as an example, and I will stand and deliberate in the shop for ages. ‘Will I take white or should I go for a colour’, finally deciding on white, only to put them up in the hall and say ‘No, I think I’ll go for the colour after all’...costing me twice as much. I’d like to think that the positive side to my indecisiveness is that I am weighing-up decisions and looking at the positives and negatives. This can make me swing from one camp to the other, so to speak. Don’t get me wrong, if I feel strongly about something, it is a hard job for anyone to change my mind. You may hear me state that ‘It’s a girls prerogative to change her mind’. So, if I say that I’ve sold a share; don’t be surprised to see me back in it later on. I don’t know if anyone else would be so candid, but if there is a personality trait that affects your trading, do confess!
