I wonder if we might get a significant increase in the divi, given the enhanced cash flow next year from the decrease in pension payments.

Watch the Free Cash Flow, strongest in years on results day this week. That’s Pension Cost reductions with £33 millions a definite flagged saving, big price increases across product ranges and relentless focus on lowering operating costs. I reckon International Growth will jump again. New product range sales will be a beat. So I can see Premier Shares going much higher. It’s the Free Cash Flow figure that may attract a Takeover Bid for Premier Foods.

Yes Premier shares will keep on rising. Especially as inflation moderates and maybe interest rates are cut back. Premier has done the hard graft and also pushed through inflation busting pricing. This should reflect on the bottom line profits. International growth will pump again with results next week. Footsie 250 stocks such as Premier should rise even more as global reallocation towards U.K. shares speeds up with US markets recently underperforming. I note that Deutsche has 210p price target for Premier Foods and this may rise again after the results.

I reckon on a steady rise until next Thursday……but what happens on results day ?

I usually sell a few before results day…..but last year they went up, and stayed up on results day. So who knows ?

Took another slice at 164p ( D ) same amount as the sale there 23/1/24 at 142p
