RE: Onc interview2 Oct 2024 12:04
ONC usually goes almost to the wire, releasing full-year results (to 31 August) in late-February, almost certainly due to working capital needed for auditor sign-off. Fiscal 2024 (to 31/08/24) likely to be no different. This is because it must sort out its loan covenants.
New contract statement 9th August also included: "Oncimmune has entered into discussions with IPF Management SA over amending the terms of its existing credit facility, including the deferment of capital repayments, to allow for additional investment in the Company's operations. " IMHO, this is because it is in breach of covenants (must have 9 months forward looking working capital need when reviewed each month). It was notable in the positive trading statement on 9th September that there was no mention of these negotiations, nor the covenants.
Stock will continue to slip until an announcement about the loans/covenants is made.
