EV/EBIT v low (c 4 .....according to my back o envelope calcs).....yep, tricky times in UK, Ireland...but geographical and product growth may justify somewhat higher rating?? ...aaoo/dyor
Profit up , debt significantly reduced , cash in bank and well set for growth for the rest of the year ..... Still cheap here on many multiples : interesting last paragraph as well : John Rockett Chairman of zamano added: "the Group consolidated its financial position during the first half of 2013, building on the improvement made in the business during 2012. We continue to focus our efforts on broadening zamano's product-market base and hope to report further progress in this area in the not too-distant future".
It's very well positioned here now , if the results are impressive enough then and we clear 21p mark then 27p is a realistic target : depends on results really not long to wait !!
on rev multiples, why not 20p + ????
To see if this continues tomorrow !
MCAP of £12m last year's profit £2.9m ---- NO debt -- see how well they have progressed since March ....... and if they guide for better than expected Full Year -- results
compelling imv
Nicely -- still under the radar though really
..
like a break to the upside .... be nice to get to previous high before results ---

I'll do some more searching - good luck in the mean time!
quite an assumption to make -- but hey ho --
I appreciate that - I am just trying to find out more about the company. Trust me when I say there are loads of recent complaints that I came across during a 10 minute google search. I understand that this is all legitimate and that this premium texting etc, is what the company offers. But I question the morals of the business as it is perfectly reasonable to come to the conclusion that most people who sign up for these services, do not want them
ok - one is 18 months ago -- the others are mroe recent -- at least they are re-funding them -- maybe small errors -- inj the scheme of things i doubt they will have much effect on the next set of figures
The comments/complaints from customers are on both links and are as recent as 3 weeks old
I notice your link is nearly 18 months old -- i believe the company is completely different now and has global customers now -- im expecting the next set of results to show vast improovements from the previous very impressive set of figures -- IMO
They're financials look terrific. There business model looks terrible. In fact, a quick search of the internet brings up a lot of people who are getting money refunded as they are effectively being spammed with SMS messages. Some of the complaints that are very recent can be seen here: http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/81002/17 http://blogs.mirror.co.uk/investigations/2012/04/zamano-phone-contest-fleeces-e.html (on the comments section for the mirror link) There is a good reason why this company is trading at such a discount and quite frankly this is one company I would actually be unhappy to invest in solely because of what is happening to their so called clients (i.e. a fair amount of the revenues that are generated are from people who didn't really know what they were letting themselves in for. In other words, if they knew the real cost, many of them would not do it). Unless I'm missing something that is the clear reason why this is 'cheap'. Please do let me know if I am. El1te
drift back to 7-8p?
..
so I'll blow with the wind
well it could have been worse, I agree... ...zmno still relying on "legacy" offering in UK, is it not?... has to show that transition to new products/geographies is a success?? ...aoo/dyor/gl
