Nothing really in the report ?????? Really need to build the portfolio of companies rather than having an expensive hq for one small telco. interesting to still see director buying as it continues to drift down.

Telecable, the Spanish regional quad play operator acquired by Zegona (LSE: ZEG), in August 2015, recently announced a new OTT service, Veofutbol, which enables access to a huge range of different football matches around Europe, including La Liga, The Spanish Cup, The Champions’ League, The Europa League and other European competitions. Football fans don’t have to be a residential customer of Telecable to enjoy this service, so fans can enjoy watching their favourite teams on PC/Macs, tablets or smartphones wherever they happen to be in Spain. This is the first time that Telecable has sold its services outside of the Asturias region, including Madrid, the Basque Country, Galicia and Valencia. Telecable’s Chief Executive, Alejandro Peon, commented: "Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at Telecable and we already have 10,000 customers enjoying this reliable and easy-to-use service all over Spain. We expect to see that number grow significantly over time as football fans enjoy the convenience of watching the big matches on their mobile devices, wherever they happen to be." Notes for Editors: About Zegona and Telecable Zegona was established with the objective of acquiring businesses in the European Telecommunications, Media and Technology sector with a ‘Buy-Fix-Sell’ strategy to deliver attractive shareholder returns. The first of such opportunities was the acquisition of Telecable, the cable telecommunications operator in the Asturias region of Spain, which completed on 14 August 2015. Zegona believe Telecable represented a compelling investment because of, among other factors, Telecable’s market leading position and strong cash generation, coupled with attractive dynamics in the Spanish telecommunications market and Spanish economy more broadly.
They will also possibly be starting dividends from q1 or 2 2016. They guys behind the company are very experienced and have been very successful in past ventures.
07 Dec 2015 Telecable, the Spanish regional quad play operator recently acquired by Zegona (LSE: ZEG), has announced that it has recently launched “Máximo”, its new premium broadband service. With this new service, Telecable will offer homes a connection speed of 500 Mbps, which is the best broadband experience currently available in Spain. Alejandro Martinez, chief executive of Telecable said: “We are very proud to be the only operator in Spain that can offer Maximo. Our customers now have access to the best home fixed broadband speeds and Wifi in the country. This offering, combined with our public Wifi service, which is free and unlimited, makes Telecable unique. We offer a different and valuable connectivity that no one today can match.”
I see that this has intentions to join the main markets towards the end of September, are you expecting tracker funds to be buying in on that basis ? Will research generally over the weekend. GL
well done hopefully will attract a few more in here of the sensible chatters !
Yes got in before the rise. Hopefully the deal will attract a few more in here.
Shirley23 - good to here that you are still in - did you manage to get in before the July rise ? It seems to have levelled off now so I'm still going to wait - busy on other shares and life generally so have not had much time to do further research. I still cannot believe that a site can be as quiet as this after the others that I follow.
Still here! Got a few share to keep my interest going. Bit lonely here though......
Well this board is certainly busy !! - Are you still with it or has it been too lonely. I have had my attention drawn to this by a write -up in the master investor by john Rossier who has bought a small(?) amount . Looks interesting but not going to dive -in yet will wait and see for a couple of weeks as the price may go down although there was a large buy today. As you say some impressive investors.
http://www.zegona.com Bod look to have a decent track with some decent supporters at launch.
