Year high is in touching distance this afternoon, nice place to end the week, especially after dipping back into the 60p’s.
If they can bring the disparate businesses, cultures, languages together and under a single business system then the synergy on this will drive growth and profits. Certainly seems to be heading the right way.
Gla
Dividend should have dropped into your accounts today.
Brokestt > Pleasure nice to see this freight train now moved past the 80p mark on increased volume again (Daily volume up by 40% today) somebody is keenly buying also IC upgrade and lifted SP target to 90p
Belated thanks for that reference, Svend. I see that today's forecast profits have already surpassed the figure given by that analyst in April. Very good going....
PBT forecast in excess of 8.5m. Market cap 100m
Profits more than doubled each year so far
Div yield at c. 2% (or nearly 8% if you're a LT holder)
Acquisition pipeline and full year positive impact of existing integrations still to wash through
Minimal loans and borrowings, well below cash on hand
Xpediator is going places
Agree Agricore SP knocking on 70p resistance if it pups here mid-'80s is my initial target what do you think about the upcoming pipeline of takeovers?
A £1.05 dividend for a 63p share would be lovely :)
I'm happy with a 1.6% yield and exciting growth (FY2022 dividend will grow to 2.5% yield according to Cenkos)
Yes. Pleased with that. Hoping the share price will now start to pick up. Done well with CLG and WIN, now it's XPD's turn (hopefully)
Very good RNS, moving forward at pace.
Passer Noted Thanks
Dividend payment date is Tuesday 6th July.
Thanks Svend
I think that is actually 1.05p Svend.
(Would have been nice though)
Payable 'July 1'
TaltBong > The Annual report states ''The Directors recommend a final dividend of the year of £1.05p per share, payable in July 2021.'' (Ex Div June 17, 2021) hope it helps ;-)
Today's RNS clears up the confusion generated by the statement in the Final Results from 12th April which said "The final dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register in June 2021, with the ex-dividend date being in July 2021" but I still don't know when the dividend will actually be paid. Am I missing something?
James3196 > Interesting Sectot article https://masterinvestor.co.uk/equities/the-uk-logistics-sector-could-be-a-good-place-to-be-in-the-coming-months/
I hope this is forming a U on the chart. If it does we could see another good rally
Brokestt > Under strong accumulation, daily volume currently @ 494k up 200% SP above 70p
It seems to be advancing well again this morning. Presumably just good general demand, and no particular news or comment.
13martyn13, Note rising daily volume already outpaced March 2021 (400k) only halfway through April @ 458k and up 100 % on the average daily volume (225k) - 'looking increasing' far to conservative SP target @ 70p I think the ATH @ 86p back in 2018 more potent IMO
Svend, yes it’s great to see us holding strong in the 60’s, watching the trades, the buyers come in quickly after a few sells go through, looking very strong for now.
13martyn > Spot On with more growth in the pipeline through acquisitions the SP heading 70p fairly soon
