From over on the GGP board:
> ....In an interview, chief executive officer Tom Palmer said the mines being divested do not meet the company’s criteria of “Tier 1” assets.
> “We have a number of Tier 2 assets that are very good assets, run by very good people, but that don’t make our Tier 1 category,” Palmer said.
> The company has already begun receiving interest from potential buyers, Palmer said.
We can hope that potential buyers of Telfer/Havieron won't consider them 'tier 2' assets and will want to invest and expand them with nearby Red Setter.
Newmont have announced they are selling both Telfer and Havieron to raise money for the Newcrest purchase
We need Telfer to process anything we find at Red Setter and GGP needs a buyer for the 70% of Havieron it doesn’t own!
No idea what will happen but it will be interesting!!
All bets cancelled until the smoke clears

A lot of people had given up on ggp when Newmont walked away on Ernest Giles project, forgetting ggp had other projects
My thinking is, if one believes in the company so far then best to sit tight. It will all be revealed soon. Not just one project company
It sure is a broken fragmented market on AIM just now with a desperate lack of liquidity hence real LTH investors are few and far between. The mm's fully realise this and take advantage by pushing individual stocks exaggeratedly up or down on a daily basis at a whim to create business when in a dearth of news period. That's it. :o).
The mining juniors right now are being absolutely decimated by this market as most if not all have failed to show real and measured finds which can be turned into real production
Case example is POW ECR etc
The only one which did manage this was Grateland gold which found the gold and got a heavy weight minor to come in and invest in their project to turn the finds into real production
WS can potentially be the same but the company seems not concentrated on the areas of their assets where there could be huge resources and they just carry out the annual cash burn without any light at the end of the tunnel outcome
WS have a huge potential to be 20 times the current share price only if they can go after gold in areas of their multi assets where it can be measured and hence attract investment from big boys for production
So until then the markets are not taking these juniors seriously which is sad but true
Hopefully you're right, plenty of ramping and random price predictions with no news still. Holding what I have and not adding until some decent news drops, ignoring the noise until then.
No
With any major news, a trading halt?
….another top up if I get the chance! GLA!
Price is up and down like a fiddlers elbow!
Spot of technical resistance here then on to 2p then free to ride to 5p+. Gla
Indeed! However, it looks like someone's accumulating, and lapping up the sells, with some punters maybe believing that this was another WSBN pump & dump. It's not looking that way to me, IMHO.
Yet another day nearer the results we are all waiting for.
Some understandable profit taking before the next leap forward.

Should get back to £20m market cap here quick time
6-7p by end of Feb
GLA
Any decent news here and an obvious re-rate should follow. Who thought anyone would be able to buy WSBN @ a really ridiculous price of 1.15p and below. Juniors getting hammered all over AIM to historical lows due to lack of liquidity in the market overall. Buy low, sell high!. :o).
Back in the 3s this week
Whether we get news soon or not it's been massively oversold Huge potential upside here. A great risk / reward play
