Nothing material has changed so no need to update via RNS.
The service contract has been offered. Just a waiting game for the work program to be approved, which the Chairman has confirmed the market will be notified via RNS.
I can’t stop laughing as you are right
Thanks but surely that should be in an RNS announcement by the company as it's material?
Non Twitter using shareholders wouldn't be aware of it. Twitter is not the place for that sort of announcement IMO, unless it's to link to an RNS.

“ Bamboo oil field service contract offered to #wcat by minister. Once decision made on submitted work program, market will be informed by RNS news service.”
Hopefully not too long now as we’re at the end of the expected timeframe (submitted in September and takes approx 3-4 months IIRC).
"one of the most recent updates was the service contract has been offered to WCAT for the Bamboo Oil Field by the Minister"
This is great news, when did the company announce this please?
The RNSs written by David Brent?
So you’re waiting to see what happens like everyone else…
Stop making out like it’s doom and gloom just because the SA hasn’t been signed YET. All the previous updates suggest it’s happening (one of the most recent updates was the service contract has been offered to WCAT for the Bamboo Oil Field by the Minister) so until we get a further update to suggest otherwise, we can only assume it’s still on track. The Chairman has been very (sometimes overly) optimistic up until now, which is a positive sign.
All the info is in the RNS’s. If you don’t want to believe the details in them, then that’s your decision.
I’m going to wait for some concrete news-not on Tick Tock, X or Instagram. Also for the appointment of new auditors , a board of directors and someone who can write an RNS without block capitals
So why don’t you just STFU and wait like everyone else instead of commenting on the current fundamentals? Either believe in the Chairman or don’t. People have done their research and if they’re happy to hold and wait, that’s their decision. They’re not going to take advice from an anonymous poster on here, so stop wasting your time with your negativity.
So you’re going to wait till the SP has already significantly risen before buying in closer to bottom? …🤦♂️

Wildcat Petroleum Plc
("Wildcat" or the "Company")
An Update on Wildcat Petroleum's Plans
The Company makes an update on its plans in the Republic of Sudan.
Due to the current political situation in Sudan the Company is unable at the present time to sign a Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) with the Sudanese government (OEPA).
The Company therefore intends to sign a service agreement with the Sudanese government within the next few weeks with a view to increasing oil production on the Bamboo oil field.
The Bamboo oil field which contains 506 million barrels (STOIIP) is to be renamed the WILDCAT oil field on signing the service agreement.
Currently production at the field is around 4,000 barrels of oil per day (bopd) down from a peak of 20,000 bopd. Through the implementation of Enhanced Oil Recovery techniques (chemical & thermal) as well as repairing and up-grading surface facilities, Wildcat will be targeting an initial increase in production within a year, with the ultimate target of around 10,000 bopd (+) within 3-5 years.
Wildcat, after evaluation the field data will submit a short-term (6-12 month) work program to the OEPA for approval. The evaluation process should take 1-2 months and the approval 1 month. When the political situation allows the Company still intends to negotiate a PSA (20-25 years). The field already contains all the surface facilities required to process increased oil production, including access to an export pipeline (Red Sea).
I can categorically assure you I’m not deramping to buy in cheap.I would buy in if the company delivers a contract and shows me how it’s going to work.Until then dream on-
Exactly DS22 not enough people have cottoned on
The ones that have cottoned and are deramping - just mere desperation to get in lower - newbies dont be fooled
Out there it would seem - surprised more haven’t cottoned on yet !
I may be wrong but when did a war torn government last provide an oil field to a two big company with no assets-it certainly wasn’t Kazakhstan as that was the last plan
Wake up all-
“This message has been filtered, please adjust your filters to view”
Wondered who that was.
Missed out on several opportunities to bag from the start, yet they’re still commenting on this share (which they’re not invested in) 6 years later 🤣🤦♂️ genuine investors will
move on and accept their own mistakes / poor decisions and not take it out on others. Not stick around 6 years later continuously attempting to deramp.
They think people have invested in the company because of what it has now 😒
Best to ignore / filter this 🤡
Here he is again - the bitter truth “ can’t help himself “
Very good 10/10 for observation
That’s why we are all here eating the transformational news that gives them assets - and have a guess what will happen to the share price when all of a sudden it does have some tangible assets ?
Thats right the share price goes up to reflect that
It’s got NO assets at the moment-if anyone disagrees, show me where please
You're right, it was MORE than 50%.
Low of .19 on FRiday to a high of .31 today at the highest price paid this morning before the pullback.
It wasn’t up 50 % in a day -
But good luck to them just seems silly to me when the potential overdue news could land and this could go up 4-5 times from here - 400-500% far better than - 10-20 % - but everyone is different
That's because traders are disciplined, as soon as they reach their target they sell and look for the next trade.
+50% in a day and a bit is good going by anyone's standards.
The impatient traders happy with their 10-20 % …..
I think I’ll continue to hold
.3 paid :-)))
Ahhhhhh my bad sorry ...lol
You do realise Zak is paid to promote stocks don't you?
Didnt realise Zac had such a following ?
