Hello fleccy. You often talk about off book trades. I am sure it is very complicated, but can you try to explain what an off book trade is as I am sure many including me don't know what an off book trade is. Surely all trades have to be accounted for in a regulated market? Are the trades legal? If they are "off book" how does the market get to know about them?
Bought some back @73.3. Guess I did just the right thing. Hope that this recovery will continue. GLA
Larry6. 1st, there is nothing sudden about the movement, it has been a steady movement, about 2p a day for the last few days. Up about 9p from recent lows. As for you saying there is no reason, there are many reasons, but mainly as many have pointed out on here, vod is underpriced. Vod was £1 not that long ago, so the drop to 70p many would say had no reason. We all know there are some big stakebuilders interested in vod, the merger with 3 & also vod idea may have helped a bit. Fair value I think is way over £1, but the high deb't makes many nervious. Vod has massive potential so could vastly increase it's s/p, but there are risks involved due to high gearing/deb't. Not a share for the faint hearted!
Yesterday's trades really raised the Off Book tally for this month so far. There's been a trend of higher Off Book Trades since July. September is currently in flux, but it's looking like it'll be another big month for Off Book trades:

"Some very large trades going on this week"
Yesterday was a biggie:

Some very large trades going on this week. There's at least one institutional buyer hoovering up on the cheap.
Quickly moving up Jax - you have your graph upside down.
Forensic, I am afraid you are incorrect.
Even if no-one replied to Jax, he would still post his non-sense. This is why its important that we, the board, police and correct the garbage he posts to protect inexperienced investors from losing money following his "advice".
It is our moral responsibility to expose him.
If no-one replies to jax, he'll get bored and move on.
It's not rocket science !
Probably just institutional investors shopping for cheap shares. Bt is moving in tandem
Someone know some thing we dont ? whats happening ? no reason for this sudden movement, anyone heard anything on the grapevine ? we sold spain/italy ? takeover ? must be some thing - not complaining mind :)
Looking a lot better.....gla
Hi Jax, appreciate you don't like this share very much, but I do feel like someone's getting egg on his face and its not me. This is a sleeping giant in my mind and with some careful planning and improvements, will do 85p by Xmas. Yes, it will regress to mid seventies I suspect, but it could well into the 80's before that happens. Who will hold and who will take 10% return. I'm in for the long haul this time around. Good luck though!!
Broke
Now closing in on 79p - fingers crossed for the 80's soon
It’s popping!
Nice to see it rally. Looks like something is up?
Thanks once again Jax for commenting. The sp is going back up again now. Keep it coming
Mole-man, can you do me a favour & try to teach jax how to post intelligent comments, instead of just a load of repetitive, negative, gibberish.
Slowly moving down
Slowly slowly moving up

Jax you were wrong again.
And I bet Porsches PUTS aren't doing so well either ey Porsche?
Right with you there. Recently bought in at 73.8p through my SIPP pension. Plan to hold for (very) long term. Figure even if the SP drops I will make good money from dividend reinvestment. I think the company is undervalued though and at least a 100% gain is achievable. Can't believe it dropped so low actually.
Got to agree with your comments. I strongly believe this share will do well longer term. As I said before, I think this is the other Rolls Royce type share out there at the moment which is a good company just needing to be steered better, its been a non moving giant for a while. I think 85p is achievable this year with a little luck. There has been a few big buys and sells so hopefully it holds around 78 and does not regress to 74 area. I'm averaging 82p so a wee bit to go yet.
