Strong opening here today, let's hope for a nice Blue week ahead
Can they afford the flights and the hotels and Henriks's substantial expenses?!
Conference on Aviation and Alternative Fuels takes place 20-24th November in Dubai. Some big names listed, obviously. Will Velocys be there?
From 8p to an average of 1.65. A very useful crash. Lowering my target for break even and getting the hell out of this space.
Velocys are involved in the transatlantic flight details TBA flight due to run this month
Was a good week at +33% for a 0.295p buy in and tiny bit of patience, and its getting even better.
Flush traders and them weak holders…typical Fri afternoon. Mon by magic should be up
Let's hope some massive airline (or two) is getting interested.
Buyers are surely moving in…news due!
Well this is better to see let's hope there is good news behind the scenes and it is not just a spike before a rug pull placing...
Another tick up there...045 paid
1.1m on the bid too..
Another 4m trades in 30mins, big chunks being taken now on a big volume day.. If it does properly start to recover from these lows, then 51p (38% fibo retracement from the 1p-0.2p drop) and 61p (50% retracement) are the obvious targets, with 70p (61.8%) after that. The 0.70-0.75p area would also take it back to the top of the downtrend channel it has been in since Sept 2022, a break above should see it shoot back towards 1p. All of this is news-dependent though, RNS eagerly awaited...
Now that's a very good week or so's work.
Makes sense guys. I also am not a believer in big “leaks” as a reason for rises. Thanks for the info about the volume and what this translates into. Pleasingly, I take comfort from the fact if there is big news, this could fly very quickly.
I do believe in SAF, it is inevitable. The issue is that the environmental message is topic of the day in fits and starts, and it certainly isn’t a hot topic given the economic backdrop. The problem is that VLS might not be around next time it becomes one.
We’re running out of time, runway, credibility and finance options.
Apart from the well covered leadership failings, the company did not make hay when credit was cheap and seemed to pursue a business plan which mirrored the pace of government support which as we know is unpredictable, slow and bumpy. Maybe they had no choice but it seems very backfoot thinking.
I am pretty sure a lot of shareholders are in the exact same position as you, what they are holding is hardly worth selling and the little value they still hold is like holding a lottery ticket now, one day you might win..
Significant in that the sellers seem to be stepping back a little and there are solid buyers who keep reloading on the bid and are taking any significant-sized offers that come on the ask. In fact, there have been solid, big-sized buyers for a number of days now, and millions and millions of shares have changed hands.. some are clearly still believers in the business, and maybe they also know something the rest of don't (today's price action would definitely suggest that).
Having said that though, despite there being over 22m shares traded today, that doesn't even come to about £80,000, so not exactly something to get too carried away with. Let's see what happens for the rest of the day and when the US comes online, and on Monday, whether there is follow-through/news.
I'm with you. Nothing to suggest it's real. At 6p average I live in hope, but not much.
I'd be very surprised to make money from this now, but it could happen. So we wait.....
As a beleaguered shareholder with a 7 average it’s difficult to get excited about what is probably a dead cat bounce. I’m not selling only for the point that what’s left it immaterial and if a miracle happens I don’t want to be out of it. Does anyone thinks todays price action is significant other than for those making a fast 20/30 percent trade?
Bought the spread right back down…set up perfectly now.
0.43 on the ask
atm
Look ls like a leak, no stock and very hard to buy. Someone snapping these up
4m clip bought at 0.378p
Looks like 40 will break soon. Should then run fast past 50
This is moving very fast, about to break 0.44
36.6-44p spread now, definite buyer in the market today..
