In layman's terms, could anyone explain the commercial benefit to VIP of this operational partnership between the two products - is it basically joining a good front end product to a whizzy back end one? If so, I assume it widens the business opportunities. Basically, I'm not clear where one platform stops and the other starts... It's great to see another string added to the bow, however.

Another positive step from the company. Things really coming together now.
I would imagine thats a buy if you look at recent trades. Nice to see us holding this range and still buyers and sellers around. Next contract is the important one as it firmly cements the company as a potentially significant player in this arena.
Yes, pleasing and encouraging to see the quick bounce back to the post announcement closing price. Let's hope it can be maintained rather suffer than the gradual fall off previously experienced. Certainly more new contracts would keep the positive momentum going. Good for those at the sharp end to see the fruits of their endeavours coming good.
Very impressed with the strength shown here. Any sells over the last few days have been absorbed nicely and the sp is continuing its upward tragectory. One more solid contract will really push this on.
CEO Marco - worth a watch https://youtu.be/jfbAfK6516w
Personally speaking, I would struggle wither the concept of any third party accessing my account!
Saturday's DM has selected Vipera as its Stockwatch company in the business section, mentioning the Bankart contract. All grist to the publicity mill...
The Motif platform and the fact that it is already integrated with both Mastercard and Visa were important factors in choosing Vipera and we are very pleased to have agreed a multi-year partnership." Look at the past connections of the BOD with the above. This is looking very exciting over the coming weeks and months.
26 banks!!!
6.75 on the bid. Still hugely undervalued but going in the right direction.
Good volume so far, and rightly so. We can be sure there will be more contracts coming along and we still havent mentioned the new legislation coming in in January which will create even more huge opportunities for Vipera.
My guess. Yes, on the basis business attracts business there should be exponential growth going forward. Right now it's other potention clients that should start to take notice and be more willing to hear VIP's business pitch.
Davwal, absolutely. The sales pipeline has finally reached the point where the time needed to convert the leads has been done and we should now have a steady flow of contract news. Fantastic news today as one contract can be seen inisolation, but a second one gets people noticing.
Another great development with the Bankart contract. Things are really starting to come together and hopefully the market reacts positively.
The obvious difference between the two companies was that Earthport produces a very good profit. Hence it's high market cap based on investor confidence. Once Vipera can get into the black that will change the dynamics quite quickly, I feel. For others - The relevant piece is at 7.40 mins into the vid...
Wow based on the video you posted VIPERA should be worth around £45m!
This will come through for sure, was at one point labelled the next monitise! Vipera and rosslyn data are two gems in my portfolio
Nice period of consolidation this week. I would expect a steady flow of news during the upcoming months as Vipera were expecting significant growth this year. As per the innterims rns: Outlook for the coming year We have started 2017 with a larger backlog of business than ever before. We have enlarged our partner network and substantial additional new business has already been won from both existing customers and new financial institutions. We therefore look to further substantial progress in 2017.
Stubert, looking at the timings and price i would say that they were a rollover, so would have no impact.
There's a couple of big trades reported late today, 1,2m shares in total, that's got to have an impact in the the morning, surely?
