seller
GAM the seller now clearing there 36 million shares down to below 5% The sooner they clear out in big chucks the better, if they were to do it slowing it’s going to hit the shareprice badly below 3p/2.50p
It feels significant that we have a specialist biotech / pharma fund taking a chunk of stock off a capitulating generalist. The key point is that Healthinvest just dont need to go there. They have all of global small cap pharma to play in so why invest in a company which is up for sale after a US cough and cold failure? The only reason theyve turned up is because of significant risk reward. Hope so anyway! This has been a traumatic ride - deep value that really has plumbed the depths. Note, Healthinvest also invested in Summit Therapeutics last month. Theyre smart....
HealthInvest Small & MicroCap Fund has been awarded Best Nordic Fund over 3 years in the Equity Sector HealthCare category by Lipper Fund Award.
Two RNS at 10 am the buyers are HealthInvest partners and sellers are GAM, like i said in my post before it was transfer between the two.
44 million is heck of a big stake to be discharged into the market imo... well there is someone happy to take at a price over 3.5.. IMO I will wait and see interesting times :-)
Another 14m sell let’s see I personally think it’s a seller
It's more like transfer ..a rns to come out of holding..imo
Some dumping massive chunks doesn’t look good by looking at the 16m and 14m sells
over the last few days - Looks like it has bottomed and now on the rise, as expecting good news soon
Jap's are out on acquisition talks with shire pharma...have this one for breakfast :-)
Totally agree with being held accountable but I think too many bod don’t really care as long as they keep pulling in fat wages. Then there are a big percentage that intentionally scam shareholders. There are a few genuine directors out there though and when researching aim shares I think investors should research bod as well. At end of the day, aim is a mine field that is loosely regulated. As they say - Caveat Emptor - buyers beware.
Holding my 200k for eventual outcome, i am positive we will get a return imo
No problem legobrickgirl, all the penny shares are pure gamble and not much faith with the Bods running it, I am new with Ver but astounded to see the sinking of Ver is same as Titanic , the managment should be held accountable. Last time we took Langbar to court frozen the cash and managed to get all our cash ..in my case i managed to recover all my 24k and thats approximately 14 years ago...that was lot of money...those days
Sad to see but the writing was on the wall a long time ago. mazik- I have not been in HYR for a long time.
Thanks NoahsArk

Remember I am your side.... The £40million is irrelevant, by June the 40 will become 24 and in Sept ?? What if there no bid? .. Last trade last Friday it was massive selling. So I'll try find one info for you to read.
cap nearly 14 million contrast to cash approx 40 million...have an EGM...return cash to shareholders otherwise this will be squandered to nothing...so salvage the balance left
Yes and no, they are worth something and you need buy real cheap then ... The business is still viable running without USA. There was massive selling at last trade yesterday shown as buying. The selling is from one of II's. If below 2-2.5p I think it got some value. (NAV).
I wouldn't bother it's worthless.
on my watcthchlist as I was tidying up my portfolio. and I usually keep a few (literally 4 ) shares of things I have sold to be awkward. and noticed I bailed in these at 63p for a tidy profit in 2015. valuation is very awkward. Back in the day. British Biotech as a company was valued at 30% of its cash. because of its burn rate and liabilities to close down. and ended up valueless. and companies that go for repackaging existing drugs/ easy revenue stream often get royally fecked over (remember provalis anyone). and when they fail and get reverse takovered its often at a masssive dicount to the tax losses that can be claimed by the acquirer (see Phytopharm, now IXICO after just such an event) so I am going to do some proper research on where the company is now as I havent looked at it for several years. But the answer may well be FADS (feck all divided by six)
40 million cash...Patent value and pipeline products ...an experienced valuer could put a price tag....
Best result would be fire sale and return cash to shareholders IMO, it looks this way..valuation at present state is anyone's guess... II will have a say now..
well 20k and 10k buy are not small...all positive sign
