How long has that been going on for ? A few months and what good has it done. Just time wasting, you need the current BOD whether anyone likes it or not.

The value of hindsight a great thing...but you forget replying on Scientist's to run a company who may not the wisest of moves....for that I blame myself as I was under the impression that Suzys original BOD had, at least, a tad of business acumen..it appears I may have given them more credit than I should have...as when I look at their salaries....we could have probably done better than to reply on highly paid money grabbing, slick talking (I exclude Suzy from than one) layabouts. Who are the mugs hey....
TRX/EUDA can literally buy the lot for 10p and make a killing over at EUDA medium term. We will not go bust yet as our spend is relatively low and if it did drop more they can easily put an offer in as we got valuable compounds that are hard to find plus if they really want 201 it will save them money.
I just think it was stupid decision to put the person behind most of the action onto the BOD when he depends on the remaining members especially if they think they are next. Bit of a cat and mouse game but could have been dealt with much better.
Might as well look to sell the company to EUDA given where we are with all this.
Nearly 50% down on the last placing (Jan 2024) suggests Suzy and Kev don't understand AIM either.
That is the problem. He has no knowledge or understanding on a scientific level so he depends on the remaining BOD members to feed him. Not convinced he understands AIM that well either. They will make the calls and it is for that reason why asking Suzy to leave at this moment of time was wrong. You can remove the remaining guys now but again it achieves nothing.
If Adrian and the guys are going to have any input they had better get a move on before we go bust, its not looking good here

Completely agree, the old board seem to have led us up the garden path. Thanks to the SAG we now have likeminded input, no time for dilly dallying , news and regular substantial updates are imminent with the well placed new additions. GLA
Exactly Freddie, we are all frustrated with the old Bod and lack of communication, now we have ‘our boys’ on the inside hopefully information will flow. We need to be patient and give them time to assess the situation and report their findings ha.

Fair comment PM... I agree with you 100%....Its the old BOD I'm unhappy with. Now we have investor friendly additions to the BOD we have hope...As you state not long to wait.
I don't get the point of constantly moaning when changes have been made all at the wrong time.
We should get an update this week. I would imagine we get lots of news all due before any need for further cash.

Perfect timing... The BOD are pleased to announce that they are now fully funded for their summer holidays.
But what are the chances of going into administration? Are there any signs that this might happen? I'm 85% down and trying to decide whether to just cut my losses. Only a few hundred quid left so its not going to earn me much elsewhere, but every little helps eh?
Asking as I had a similar situation with 4D pharma a few years ago and unfortunately didn't learn my lesson there.
Adverse media reports?
If you assess how investors feel, based on adverse media reports, I'm afraid, you could be misled....My view is if you invite LONG term significant shareholders, to give their opinion...then you will probably bet more judged reasoned feedback.
Any prospective CEO will be aware how shareholders feel as it’s the shareholders who have ousted the present CEO.

I disagree Sean....Any prospective CEO should be made aware how shareholders feel, as they need to pick uou the batton....warts and all, as its the wart they need to understand m, tackle and remove them.
I can understand peoples anger and frustration here and that a lot of investments were made based on a faith in Suzy and her ability to grow the share price, but constant attacks and negative comments are not going to benefit any investors.
The company are looking for a new CEO following demands from investors in the company, if you support a replacement CEO then support the company.
Any prospective CEO candidate will probably read this board and would surely be encouraged by positive shareholders rather than a bunch of whining doom mongers.

No news till July then the SP will be worth FA by then as its slipping weekly
. Did the requisition make a difference ..did it ***k... suzy and Co still.in place.
The only change it did was send the sp into decline !!
