Afraid it’s a pretty common mistake - not just in the world of RNSs!
Maybe it's just a sloppy RNS. There have been many with silly mistakes.
Not sure what you mean Leafie. The OAK website uses the same term to refer to investments they make in companies - although the word is of course “principal” not “principle” as in the rns!
Did anyone notice this at the end of the RNS Friday "The cornerstone investment was made by a Principle of OAK Securities.", so not OAK Securities themselves.....
Why would "Streets" be entitled to MNPI?
Flop if i were you i will pipe it down .. currently the way it is going is not looking good … just saying !!
GLA genuine investors , hopefully this BoD will release relevant information for everyone to be in the clear of what and where exactly this company is going ..
To reduce all the noise from people like this who are taking advantage of the gaps and playing it the way they want ..
If you and your family received death threats I'd suggest you go to the police and not whinge about it to a forum of strangers....
Mr Flip Flops defence to being called out for his BS is to always lash out at people and accuse them of being shorters or "Streets of Cork" just like he accused me of being him too because I called him out many times. A pure narcissist.
He is the admin of a very misleading Telegram group where he actively promoted Streets of Cork and the fake bid, and he dumped out anyone who raised any genuine concerns or questions......
Does anyone here really believe that Flip Flop gets emails from a board member using such unprofessional language as he claims. Hard to understand why they would trust him or engage with him as they'd know he blabbers everything they "allegedly" say online.
Arthur's points were well made and very valid, and now he's being villanised by Flop and his fake accounts.
I feel more and more people are waking up to Flops' empty, ramping posts. Empty vessels do indeed make the most noise.....
Arthur is streets ahead of cork.
Correct flip, if we’re streets he should be had with fraud !!
Arthur to clarify matters . You claim to have a holding sitting at substantial profit . Can you verify that factually. You must have bought the shares before August 2023 . Look forwards to your verification.
Flip if Arthur was streets , hasn’t the SP dropped enough for him to load up now ? I sincerely hope it’s not that scammer!
Anyone dispersing MNPI of a placing ahead of said placing is looking to damage the share price and the terms of said placing. The guy is not on your side. Be careful
For sure if I had inside information my first priority would be to maintain the trust of my source and keeping it to myself.
Flop - what was the inside info though ?
I believe everything he has kind of touched on you have also said the same thing but a different version saying is from the BoD.
Only that some of what you said did not turn out true
Am I missing something here ?
GLA
Petros were presumably coordinated the meeting. I doubt very much that they would have invited their illustrious leaders along if they had little or no intention of signing off the PSC. That would defy logic.
What timing ?
Hopefully they can see it coming to fruition although timing does seem odd
Shakespearean !
I grew up in Queenstown flats in Blackpool so that’s my name of choice
Lancashire is a distance from that Queenstown
I keep asking myself would 2 institutional investors put 4m in at this stage if they thought this wasn’t going to progress??? And the answer has to be no…
Arthur - that was almost poetic with its “hot air” and “iron fists” - but quick wardrobe changes and a holder who says they remain positive while telling us “not to fall for the Board”? Aren’t they the people you are relying on to deliver this project?
Arthur do tot know a Richy Whelan by any chance?
Reason for asking is Queenstown is the former name of Cobh, in County Cork and Richy is know for walking around the Streets.
Why are you ranting on here and not asking the company. Doesn’t make sense
One costume was for meeting on arrival in a reception area with premier then in a meeting room after as you say a costume change. More theatrical than anything.
Don’t fall for the board
They’re filling holders with hot air and as you all know they’re trying to control the narrative with an iron fist
Time for practical pragmatism and to stop over promising and under delivering.
Time to deliver tangible progress not just meaningless letters of intent and booking rigs with non refundable deposits for a project the company does not have a license for.
The time has come for practical pragmatism rather than propaganda pump.
