I agree, it's all cool. We shall be starting our engines shortly.
Standby for lift off. ..
IMO it would appear that Rathlin put the EWT on hold to get the deal done with RBD as well as having to change the EWT equipment for testing gas to now testing OIL. On wards and upwards from here ireckon
regarding rathlin not drilling straight away, so they've had it for 12 years,,, a lot of oil companies in 'the good old days?' never used to drill their best asset in fear of it failing, that is a fact,
anyway this WN ball is rolling and hopefully now an aim reg' co is going to major holder the news and activity will be great.
good luck
what?
I am in no rush ! fact !
………………………..
the ewt was already paid for !
the ewt needed to change due to too much oil.
we are all waiting for the updated info from the super-dooper that did its magic down the hole...the lab is a 3rd party.
okay there has been a delay but that is due to the changes in expectations at WNa 'AND' that has nicely tied in with the deal between rbd and rathlin.
whats got your goat? have you sold? trying to get back in lower?
Yep free beer tomorrow been listening to this tosh for years roll on tomorrow
You're not in any rush for the share price to go up? I'm sorry but I don't believe that, unless you have only just bought in.
I've been invested here for ages and I want to see something happen. I don't just want to sit here hoping that Rathlin will tell us something. I'm glad that RBD are becoming majority owners of Rathlin because I'm fed up with Rathlin. Did you know that Rathlin were awarded the West Newton licence area in 2008. Nearly 12 years!
Fairview ... actually I'm not in any rush at all for the share price to go up, I was under the impression the ewt as it stood was all paid for !?! Please do correct me if I am wrong .. cheers

Rathlin are waiting on the analysis back as far as I know. Double checking everything. Until that happens they won't know if they need to change the approach to EWT which we all assume they will given the oil. Current program is funded and I mean as it stands now so let's wait and see what happens on REDESIGN first. Let it play out. Let UJO and Rathlin do what they need to do. We are only looking in. Mix
Mymine I get it you want the share price to go up and so do I but this has not been handled well. First of all I don't believe the delay in EWT is just down to the oil. I think they had a pretty good idea before EWT even started that they were dealing with oil. I think when the EWT started and confirmed oil everything stopped because Rathlin knew they couldn't afford to keep going.
Also I am happy to be corrected if wrong but I believe that UJO and RBD are required as listed companies to inform the market of material information. We should have been told the real reason why the EWT stopped and still hasn't restarted whether Rathlin like it or not. Rathlin waived the right to keep things private when they brought in public companies as partners.
These are just my theories but either way the market doesn't like it and you only have to look at the sp to see that.
Fairview
Also the project was paid for .... for the ewt- but the ewt plan has/had to be changed as there was much more oil than anticipated = that is a very nice problem to have !
Fairview ... but rathlin are not on aim or any other market ! And Rathlin holds the right to give out info or not ...atleast until reabold become major holder of project soon enough !!
Exactly isdeer. Money is what is holding this up but doesn't that show the total dishonesty of AIM. At no point has anyone come out and said the EWT was stopped because Rathlin are out cash. Yet some people seemed to know this or else why all the selling?
At least with the Reabold raise things can get moving again.
ddboy,
rathlin and rbd needing cash.......
If the well testing program needed changing i can assure everyone that this is NOT a big deal a couple of qualified reservoir / drilling engineers would have done this in hours. This sort of thing has been ongoing in the industry for many decades on wells more complex than ours both on and offshore.
The equipment would be readily available so the hold up is due to .....
Anyway that is my opinion based on 35 + years in this business.
