A Tech company in the health sector. I'm going to ride this one to the moon!
trading to be restored
Still Mr Gerhardus Viljoen as CEO of Umuthi healthcare Solutions needs to step up and declare what is going on now and where UHS is headed
Diter: I bought my shares through Jarvis Investment Management account. Never known a share to be suspended twice after only being listed for a few weeks. Did some research so it wan`t a pure gamble and saw a decent Company. Obviously didn`t know that there are other issues within. Hope it not as bad as NMC involving the Director and missing shares. Sold out the day before that one got suspended so hope that all is resolved soon in this one. Be happy if it came back at 50% less.
I bought the day before only when I saw the 2 huge 80p buys
Pernoifund did you also buy shares the day before it got suspended for the second time?
RocketVI thank you for the reply l only have one more question it will be my last one. Did you buy it through Pello Capital?
The question is "what is the CEO Gert Viljoen doing" where is the man exactly, behind his desk, in the warehouse, where and perhaps he should do a London South East video blog and explain what the company is doing and going to do.
Mr Viljoen can we arrange an interview for you on London South East?
I did the same, saw those huge buys at 80 p and thought I'll have a bit of that !
Sorry, i bought the shares a day before it was suspended at 0.38p. The spread at the time should have been noted but still pressed the button. Maybe i like the pain...
I bought in after doing some research on the Company in that they had an established distribution network and also in that they would sign a new contract. Maybe should have delved a bit more. Also as it was a recent listing, i believed that the Company had been thoroughly audited by two separate accountants. The issue seems to be that others have shares in issue that have not been accounted for. Dont think anyone would have known that as it wasn`t made clear. Bad choice on my part but never saw anything untowards when i bought in. Hope that the FCA clear this up and also make clear to the Director that rules have to be followed if the want to remain listed. As i say, i have wrote off this punt but hope something can be salvaged.
When did you buy the 3000 shares in Uhs?
how was this POS allowed to list in the first place??
That's a huge negative and warning. Best he stand down and a proper CEO steps in if there is a candidate for succession and someone who can generate a news release.
Mr. Viljoen, wherever you are, would you mind posting something on this blog and say what is going on? Simple
Really not impressed with this Management. I`ve wrote my £ 3K punt off even though it will be back from suspension at some stage, although i`m not sure at what price. Made the £ 3K back in CLIN but wish i hadn`t bought into this one.
Does a holiday in South Africa count as the company UHS is on the LSE.
This impasse and silence does question the competency and suitability of the CEO Gert Viljoen to run a LSE company.
We need a leader to lead from the front, not the rear!
Put out a release and let’s get on with it.
Are we going to get a reply from:
Umuthi Healthcare Solutions Plc
Gert Viljoen, Chief Executive Officer
or
Via IFC
IFC Advisory Ltd
Graham Herring & Zach Cohen
Will there be a statement put out on the www.umuthiplc.com website and whilst there please update it
lets see what transpires , am hopeful of positive news , however I would like to see a barnstorming update to coincide with trading being restored .
It is starting to look very dodgy regarding other shareholders trading accounts and i suspect that there is some bigger issues not given in the RNS. Probably under investigation at present. Hope they have good lawyers....
If Gerhardus Viljoen the CEO of Umuthi with some 47m shares of the 92m in issue, which Prospectus declares he is critical to the business can't come out with a statement or update for Umuthi declaring what is going on, will find that Temporary will go to Permanent in a London nanosecond.
What is really going with him and Umuthi?
Pity that the Umuthi CEO is unable to keep shareholders and customers apprised of what the hell is going on!
Set your alarm clock and put out a release for heavens sake.
No need to be snippy YAE
If it is all shareholders and the CEO signed off on that as per the RNS then that is of comfort.
Would these agreements be those significant shareholders listed on the companies website or relate to the collaborative business agreements in South Africa.
The Board needs to put out more information than this wallpaper statement.
A business update is very much needed here.
I would think, as stated, exchange agreement has not happened and investors have ended up allocated shares they did not own. And subsequently sold them hence the wild drop...
