Raging.. thats why I had to read it 5 times
It states admission of the additional shares
If one thinks about it - the company is already admitted to trading - the previous RNS clearly referred to restoration?
Dont think the problem is the FCA clearly they picked up that there is a problem with the shares. The problem is clearly umuthi management.
So you say admission date is not lifting the suspension and start to trade date?
Correct. Just share admission no firm date on lifting suspension..
Admission from the 23rd??
I read the RNS 5 times over - thought my glasses failed me
Does not say trading starts today
No i think the Ceo and his Assistant must explain what is going on. They cant just send out rns and
not keep to it as mentioned in the last rns. Something is up again.
Or perhaps the FCA is not the well oiled machine you think it is
Probably found some more missing shares they forgot about. Just be happy to get stake back on this one and move on. Shambles of a Company Management for a PLC.
Lets wait and see
was fully expecting this to be past 60p by now ! LOL
No and not sure why not either
Not today then??
Could be an explosive day tomorrow
boring day for news here...

Right time right place...
It does not appear to be the issue of new shares on this occasion but shares in issue that have not been declaed at the IPO. Not expecting this to be related to an acquisition when the stock starts trading again. Would be welcome news but i believe that the missing shares where not knowingly declared. Seems to be related to others having a trading account with the new share that have not been able to trade/exchange. Not buying that story to fob off the FCA and good that the shares were suspended. Fairly small dilution when these missing shares are listed but why where they not declared at the IPO ?
I have just picked up on this stock. Seems some initial teething problems but seems an exciting hi energy space..
Saving my quid up for when it trades again
Unfortunately these are not new share issues. They should have been included in the initial IPO and have just been "overlooked" ? I still believe that these hidden shares would have been used later to obtain profits and go un-noticed by the market. Seems they have been given a slapped hand by the FCA... Will see if an acquisition is the reason but i doubt it.....
Finally a much welcome breakthrough by Umuthi Healthcare Solutions and an update which is explanatory.
Companies on the LSE and other stock exchanges regularly issue new shares for a variety of reasons especially acquisitions, so this is a most plausible RNS
Not worth the hassle to be given excuses as have been there before. Just happy that this Co was suspended before these hidden shares came to light later on. Probably when the price was higher. Will never know who has been keeping the shares hidden as they always cover the true story. Dont know if this was a genuine mistake but having had a close shave with NMC, then tend to always look at the negative side. Hopefully everything has been cleared now and will wait to see what the S.P. does on trading resumption.
Hopefully an acquisition coming. The reason they wanted their shares ready in their account.
Trading to be restored: An additional 9.4 m to share issue. Who has been hiding these ? Sounds very dodgy and looks like the FCA have been made aware before real damage could have been done. Will it open lower on suspension ? If so, then shareholders should be given some of these extra shares as this was not known when bought.
