@ShareTalkNews
are looking to speak with Bill Brodie Good, CEO & Technical Director of #UFO
https://twitter.com/ShareTalkNews/status/1366300567887314944
Hopefully should get an interview soon!!
Bill hopefully might give an indication on the Iron Ore & Air Mag results?
We need some volume in here, that spread is terrible!
RNS 13/1/21 stated, "Given the location of Donavan 2, near to existing infrastructure and operating mines, if Capstone are successful in identifying a commercial deposit it is well placed for rapid advancement."
All indications so far are that it is a "commercial deposit". So hopefully we get rapid advancement since Copper set to make an ATH!
From memory i think its 10 years or 15 years of production at a certain tonnage
Tier 1 is when they are large, long life and low cost - high-grade & near surface.
In RNS 13/11/20, Brad Mercer, Senior Vice President of Operations and Exploration, Capstone Mining Corp. commented:
"We review many business opportunities every year but very few meet our high criteria. Donovan 2 has the potential to be a high grade, near surface deposit in a world class mining district."
max is there an official description of tier 1. Like a certain size vs grade
@Oil RNS 22/10/20 gives you all the details on the incremental payments. But they are not really significant. What will be significant is to get the drill results by end of April to prove that Donovan 2 is a tier 1 asset.
High-grade VMS copper gold systems are very rare.
I'm also very interested to see how much gold there is.
You never know Smiler, There have been many (if small) meteorites found in Australian outback. They're worth a few bob too!
Haha
Jesus max , you really do have all the notes and quotes saved , fair play. Yes I knew it was the scientific meaning of alien , but then they went and got the ticker UFO which contradicts this haha but fun. There will be people out there though that see the name and think like we linked to space/meteor or something
At our Munni Munni North Tenement we have positive soil samples for:
"Nickel (Ni), platinum group elements (PGEs), copper (Cu), gold (Au) and silver (Ag)"
@smiller, When they did the name change in 2018, the chairman at the time Dennis Edmonds said Alien refers to “other” or “unknown”, not extraterrestrial extraction.
The rebranding exposed the adventurous spirit behind the company. He said, “The new name doesn’t say what we do. One reason is we don’t know what we will do.”

also on a side night before I go to bed , pal was asking me other day why the name alien metal was chosen and I don't even know , has anyone asked Bill this in a interview? GLA today.
Pops, nothing to get nervous about here, great assets and a great update.
I suppose with some peoples agenda, a silver lining always has a dirty great storm cloud.
ah yes missed that max, pops this isn't geology though its geophysics and most geologists I knew from uni hated this stuff and were crap at maths ha. I did a bit of seismic /geophysics in career but its easier probably to look for oil in rock vs water in rock. I wont overthink it , its just cool to view,
The SP on Google just jumped to 1.2p
Hi Smiller, they have the 3D slice images on the previous Capstone RNS.
Nor me but pleased it’s ahead of schedule
also perhaps they don't want to share or its too early but they should have this map/model in 3D . From my geophysics in oil and gas they can produce this easy these days. So this image is at 150m but it would be good to know or see in 3d slices . Obviously drilling confirms grades at given depths and supports the 3D model.
so watched few videos there quickly and on other legends the purple and red were high chargeability so i assume conductive metals , perhaps why they aren't planning any holes to the south of the map
“It’s very exciting that Capstone is already drilling the first hole at Donovan 2 in such a short timeframe,” Bill Brodie Good @AlienMetals #UFO
Not the RNSs I was expecting.
another RNS soon?
Well timed looking at price of copper too
Turner Pope's research note said Donovan 2 is very similar to Capstone's Cozamin deposit which has delivered over $450 million in free cash flow (up to 31 Dec 2019) and has over 10 years mine life left.
The VP of Capstone last year said Donovan 2 has the potential to be a Tier 1 asset.
Today's RNS which stated "watching this project grow quickly into a SIGNIFICANT entity” is very positive.
Smiler, I understand it to be a contrast map against resistance (or similar) in the parent bed rock. Therefore any significant colour anomaly is worth a look. However, with a lack of legend, it’s impossibly to see the contour gradient, so it may be artificially contrasted.
We slowly getting there great news company ia movong forward in right direction
