This is a great pity. A company with a lot of potential is on it's knees due to delays and lack of funding a burden faced by many small companies. Plenty of potential in products but unable to raise cash to fund the final steps. Macro economics are partly to blame and high interest rates with unwilling lenders mean that companies go to the wall.
Policymakers in UK are partly to blame and there should be government support through an investment bank. Big talk about helping British companies but no real support when times are tough.
SP was 47p last year and the impact on investors is huge and undermines confidence in all companies needing to fund their development.
Wise words David but there also has to be accountability with the bod.
It's a farce
I'm sure shareholders and STAFF think it's over.
Nope everything great here, explain later x
Hmmmm. What you know Karlon.???
Unfortunately this company now appears doomed. The market value is less than £1m so funding will be almost impossible.
The delay in the EV contract, TWD's biggest customer by a country mile, looks like it has no immediate start date. In the RNS - excerpt below - it talks about a supplier nomination 'may' be made in the immediate future.
What a shame. I first bought this company at about 250p and it soon went up to over £3.
The Company's potential new production customer (a Tier 1) is expected to learn if it has achieved supplier nomination* shortly on a major EV cell-to-pack ("CCS") program with OEM B. A final round of price negotiations has taken place with OEM B, and the Company has been informed that an announcement on a supplier nomination* may be made in the very immediate future. Upon nomination the Company will immediately review its funding options.
Selling at this price is bloody stupid, and is being taken advantage of by everyone and his dog ......including mine and the nextdoor neighbours cat too
Karl, constantly positive posting in the last month or so as the already silly low SP has dropped by another c80%.
This will be suspended now and may never come back to market. These are the facts.
All your positivity is meaningless and pretty disingenuous IMHO
I think you need to change your underwear fella, or we will be calling you something else pants.
You have failed to read the post I m nothere to teach you.....off you pop ....there's a good fella x
Ok Karl ur an extra large holder, positive for a reason I’m very unsure, if twd is still fruity why haven’t the bod scooped up at such lows, I understand the value of oem b and c, where’s the Hamilton crew at? How can they restore shareholder confidence, how can they expect shareholders to get behind them when they keep shafting them from the front?
Ipman what I will state is this I just bought more shares at bargain prices.
If you looking for comfort, I have none for you. Its a 3-5 year hold here.... ....there are individuals here making hay and others evidently buying....
The share market is a risk, remember a share can explode / implode in a fraction of a second
.. the RNS had loads of good news buried in bad news.........
"I m also happy he is an Engineer not a salesman......Engineers trust their products , Salesman are extremely loose with the truth."
Karlvonwise hit's TWD's main problem on the head! And possibly betrays his own prejudices. Nothing wrong with TWD technology, by at least some accounts, but they badly needed some good salesmen to bring in the orders which were as rare as hen's teeth. I must say I'm tempted to sell my worst dog and invest the proceeds here but the risk is off the scale.
At least my worst dog has something to look forward to!
Karlon. Where did you buy. A friend wants to buy but on his trading212 account can only get 4125 shares. Yes 8 quid ha ha.
Everyone selling but can't buy. It's all weird to me. I said it was a gamble to him but he said worth a punt at this price
Does nt matter what time I bought I am not here to be audited.
I can confirm, I am currently unwater and sharing the pain with others..
Has we can see from the RNS the BoD holds on to good news and then drops it in with the bad news. Yhe bad news clouding the good news , then the market makers making hay .
The BoD sadly have no information governance.
I am still very positive and will continue to do so x
Karlon, where are you buying please my friend.
U might wanna save your loot, if your jobs at risk. why not ask your company for shares, out that 400mil that’s not afloat
I’m sure bod have had their fun in the background.
I will be addressing the RNS over the weekend ( probably sunday) to save my energy on the current hysteria from a couple of posters.
Enjoy the weekend for those not working , others be safe x
Ipman. It's not my money believe me. No f - in way.
Way to scared for that. Karlon. I look forward to your post but my friend it seems you also work here or know PJ or PC. Must do surely
Take care and happy punting.
Nope, I don't know any of them ....but I do see a great product with companies starting to use it.
Yes its a risk but a better risk than QBT, GST and others who are not even trading .
Please note its 17.09 so my post is not here to influence others x
