glad your back was getting lonely!! :-) reading through the report every other word is return value to shareholders and they seem to have enquiries on just about all there assets!
Yes - this does look good for more than just a trade! :)
Before the spot price drop they were expecting to return a 50p per share to shareholders!!!
As announced on 10 October 2011, to address the issue of distributable reserves and to allow the return of cash to shareholders to be effected in a cost effective, flexible and timely manner going forward, approval will be sought from the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming annual general meeting to reregister the Company as a company incorporated under the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006 and to amend the Company’s articles to, inter alia, enable the Company to return cash to Shareholders by a series of one or more B share schemes pursuant to which shareholders will be able to choose whether to receive returns of cash as income or capital. Accordingly, the Directors have not declared a dividend at this time. The Company however reaffirms its commitment to return realised proceeds from the sale of its assets subject to, in the opinion of Directors, the Company maintaining sufficient working capital to effect an orderly realisation of its assets. The first return of cash to shareholders will be announced as soon as the Directors determine that there is sufficient surplus available cash to enable such a return.
I go away for a bit and this rises. Will go away again. Ask now 24p! Strong finish today I think. Close above 25p would be nice. SXX did similar thing on their RNS day - I didnt want to get spiked there when it went up 18% - it proceeded to double in a week. Not saying that will happen here but dont want to be on the sidelines this time!
Finished my butties lets have it TRE!!!
17 % up

I agree - but if the press cotton on to this over the weekend and "tip" it we may see movement Monday. Who cares. Undervalued whichever way you look at it. Im in short term if possible as need money but will see how it goes.

I find booms very frightening these days. Fast boms always seem out of control, slow booms howver are such ephemeral beasts that knowing your still in one is an art not a science. Only common sense tells me were going to be in this one for some time !
21.95 to sell. Up she goes... slowly slowly catchy monkey.
21.75 - 23
Difficult to say...was close spread for a while. Would be mad to sell that many at this price with that RNS though surely? Would have to be at a loss.
Well said.....CREs will recover in 3 to 6 months IMO. So companies who can see out the current gloom will do really well. With 50 mill cash they are well placed and even if they were to sell all their CRE today at a loss would leave them with cash in excess of 170 mill
21.87 to sell.
21.50p at 11:11
21.25 - 23
CREs will IMO follow the fortunes of the overall global market in a highly leveredged way. Now in or out for the UK makes no odds - Europe sorting out their debt issues by becoming one (albeit bankrupt) financial unit will after a few labour pains lead to a global recovery (again IMO) and I think even China will recognise we all make a global community and need to work for each other. Then again - I believe in Santa !
What was the trade price?
