“At times”…🤭
This is less than the current £10, £10m funding. The timing of Barbados deal, suggested Feb 24 full funding, Pegasus offer and by 'chance; they will delist a month before Feb 24 sucks. Short timeframe for PIs to get out. AIM shares can be pretty scummy at times!
I’ve bought more. I reckon big time this spikes hard yet. If not hold into delisting and it’s likely full funding US tech valuation style 1000p+++
Pegasus also behind Barbados deal. These guys are not small fry.

also wonder if any link to this:

Check this out: so LRB35 per Tintra RNS is set up on behalf of Cogut family:
https://www.investegate.co.uk/announcement/rns/tintra--tnt/form-8-opd-offeror-tintra-plc/7777225
Cogut family set up Pegasus Capital which manages $2.5bn of assets. Pegasus now shows Tintra on it's website as one of its investments! Makes the whole delisting feel like a way to oust PIs. Bring private in advance of agreeing full funding in Feb 2024 or just to remove the oversight. Either way, doesn't feel like it is all hot air.... Pegasus, Cogut and John Botros all mentioned further down in above RNS.

Make more money what’s the significance of that?
Is there a date by which the tender offer has to be confirmed?
Interesting to see that LRB35 includes CFP Fintech LLC...

Pedro - thank you for the link to Jenkins. It has helped me to understand what might happen.
matched bargain **************s exist but shares only transact at agreed prices much like aim except the spread will be a lot higher here is an example;

I’m seeking only to understand the intent behind the words. You sound like it pleases you that others are in this position? That you get pleasure from the difficult situation that everyone who is invested here is in.
I’m stating only a possible logic behind why create a matched offer facility. Obviously that offer facility is worthless if there is no tender offer to match to. And, given that a tender offer has not so far been forthcoming, it will prove worthless.
You have to ask yourself, why go to the effort of creating one, if there is no intent to deliver one? We all know that there have been more talk than walk when it comes to RNS’s. But there is usually intent behind every action. Either misplaced or otherwise.
Perhaps you could offer some constructive POV on what’s happening, rather than just dissing everyone else who tries to understand what is going on?
HL Online dealing is now back available and being offered 31.16p to sell 32.9p to buy
Good to see they got my name right (no, they didn't!). Or let the context and other posts get in the way of a good post. For the record, I will make a SMALL profit at £1.50.
More hilarious chat from LSE.
One poor fellow, Flatliner, posts the matched bargains facility by Jenkins is a way the company can offer 150p a share rather than shareholder take up the (as yet non existent) tender offer at the same price? well, I ask you?
Another unfortunate soul, Ornamental, amongst others, claiming all sorts of nasty unpleasant things about the Ceo. Why do the mug punters always take everything so personally? Did the CEO make them buy shares in this transparent woke nonsenses?
Poster HeresHopin, the proverbial Turkey that votes for Xmas posts that at sub 50p buying for his pension would be a great long term play. Maybe he should read his Sipp rules?
"now is the time to load up " he's lamenting, "just tuck them away"? is this his coping method do yo think? People go to exhaustive lengths to blame anything and anyone but themselves.
Adrian understands the situation well , albeit in his own mind. "It's a no-lose punt". If you want to sell for 150p you can? (how) if you don't sell, then this is a "LOW level " entry into the "next Tesla"?
Sadly, even a week with the Fist would not cure this lost lad, he's far too gone.
Fireclade, has the usually noob conspiracy theories going haywire in his mind.
"You can only sell and not buy on the market" he claims, and the price has been "artificially manipulated down"
He offers no reason why anyone would want the price down. Neither why LRB to date have not RNS one single share buys under the 150p 'tender price to make up the alleged 29.9%. Maybe they are a charity and would rather pay 150p to get rich quick red/black gamblers than 40P in the market?
Flarliner is hopeful, the reason why they announce matched bargains with Jenkins is all due to the 150p tender offer being "released imminently"
I sometimes wish i was that innocent and naïve. True the market can make you so doubting but I wonder if Flarliner still hangs his stocking on the end of his bed on Christmas Eve?
There's scant evidence of self reflection or personal responsibility for their own actions on that thread, and rather like here, the slimy fluffers with their one sentence cliché ramps have now left.
This thread will die but in years to come it will be read by someone, anyone, for some reason or another and please reader take what you can from the pain of others.
This story is old, but it continues, If something seems to be a get rich quick easy route to making money , Run away, then run harder and then get a train even further away.
To any one in the future , 2050- 2100 think of me kindly. I'm dead and be warned by the ghost of Fist. For an easier stress-free life, get off here and just buy index trackers, Travel and go out and meet some chicks ;)
The Fist of reason.
Dan55 - we are waiting an announcement - the last RNS suggested it would be coming AND (by my reading) that the company would rather we didn't take it - I'd like to see the BOD do something to convince us that we shouldn't take that offer - especially with the current price of shares and the prospect of otherwise being locked in for an indeterminate amount of time.
What’s happening with the tender purchases at 1.50.
I have thought of another warning sign, setting up that strange charity or trust or whatever it was. I mean you are making no money, literally zero revenue, and already you are planning on giving away what you have on whimsical (if well intentioned) nonsense. What on Earth was that all about!
Mine - Never trust RS & his BS and stay away from AIM, simply not for me
This has certainly been a huge learning experience.
Is this legal that they are stopping people from buying and selling online before the meeting on the 4th of January.
They are artificially manipulating the market price by allowing people to sell online but not buy on some sites.
If all goes well with this we could be looking at a share price of £1.50 plus in a couple years after the delisting, a great opportunity long term for investors?
Must wonder exactly why LRB haven’t made their intentions clear. Very very odd.
I reckon you could phone HL and telephone deal this minimum commission £50 though which is a pain if you've only got a few thousand shares, guess its become a long term hold now!
Online dealing not available
Further to a shareholder meeting which is due to take place on 4 January 2024, this stock is due to delist on 12 January 2024. Buying stock that’s due to delist is very risky and can be difficult for you to sell in the future. If you choose to buy this stock, you do so on the understanding that you’ve read this warning and are aware of the risks.
I also have a position with HL, they now will not allow buy or sell online.
OBNC
I’m with Fidelity too and just as I wanted to buy to average down - it’s blocked. Can only wait it out now :-(
Can't buy these with Fidelity, only sell orders allowed.
