Hi All,
I sent an email to Share Deal Active today asking if I could use them as a broker as they are on the JP Jenkins list of brokers. They have replied confirming that I can use them, just need to open a Share Deal Active where I will need to open an ISA and Nominee account. I will then need to transfer my shares to them using their Transfer Form which is on line.
So hope this helps anyone needing to find a broker. Please note: this is not advice please do your own research.
Best regards,
OBNC
Do Hargreaves not do this?
This is the latest from JpJenkins -

Tintra - TNT
We hope for them to go live this week
We would need the instruction / order to sell shares placed via your broker

Sadly I don’t have a broker 😢
Hi Flatliner,
Thank you for the information. So, Tintra are now registered as a Private Company since 18th January 2024. I also see that Dr Lyske has resigned as a Director of Tintra, that is significant news that Tintra have not yet shared with us shareholders. Like some on here, I have a significant number of shares and would like to offload some asap.
Surely, we will get some information on the MBF soon.
Sorry that I do not have any more to share.
Best to all shareholders.

It would be nice if they at least had the courtesy to provide an update to all those private investors that they have (seemingly) shafted. I’m in for no small amount. An amount that actually is having an effect on my life. All these promises leading up to delisting, no updates since.
Unbiased and fair financial services? Bit of a strong company tag line considering the behaviour and disregard shown to private investors. Man up Shearer. Either tell us we’ve been done over or provide the promised vehicle and cadence to help PI’s offload shares, if that’s what they desire to do (I do).

Unfortunately I think your right Oneknows.
The "level playing field" RS proposed to pioneer and address is beginning to be served by some big hitters and TNT haven't even got to test stage !.... or if they have they should be shouting about it.
All we hear, (on the rare occasion they say anything) has nothing to do with progress of the "deep tech platform". Sad but hey ho
They are worthless now 🙄
From my end, another week and still no news. The JPJenkins site displays the same status for Tintra ‘coming soon’.
Anyone got any updates
Thanks Ian

Looking at options as we speak. As far as I know the company is still CREST registered so this will help . Had no luck opening accounts with HL or AJBell. Last I spoke to HSBC they said they can't or won't deal with JPJenkins . Speaking to JPJenkins at mo so will keep you updated GL
Hi Ian67,
I also have TNT shares with HSBC, have you heard anything from them? Mine are in an offshore account, they have just told me that they would not offer the MBF .
I am not sure if my next steps, do we have to receive the shares in certificate form and then transfer them to a broker that will deal with JP Jenkins.
I guess Tintra are waiting for the company to be registered before they enact the MBF. Hopefully we will be advised of the procedure to be followed. If you hear anymore from HSBC I would appreciate letting me know as I am stuck here in Western Australia for another six months at least so difficult to find out what is happening.
Best regards

I found this on JpJenkins pages -

HOW TO TRADE
TRADING WITH JP JENKINS
To transact in these shares or other securities, we would require a broker to place the order on your behalf. You can use any existing broker you currently have an arrangement with or if you do not have a broker in place, we recommend using www.sharedealactive.co.uk.Please bear in mind, that JP Jenkins regularly match securities of each company shown on our platform, but from time to time there can be a delay in matching and some companies may be more liquid than others. To view our venue rules, please click the link in the footer.

www.sharedealactive.co.uk - Seems like the last resort
Aidan- that's kind of reassuring, except no random ticker replacing Tintra. I will contact ii
Contacted 2 brokers on JP Jenkins list and neither will accept me transferring delisted stock ???? So basically no way to access MBF as HSBC don't deal with JPJenkins. Tinta we need guidance please....
Happytobemike - as the share is delisted, it will (a) have moved from an ISA account to a trading account and (b) won't be shown against the ticker - mine show as BHXM9D7 instead of the ticker - the number of shares is clearly shown though
I am with ii and just noticed that the value of my shares are no zero, which I suppose is logical, but I cant see the number of shares or any details, which is worrying. I guess I will have to phone them up. Has anyone else had this with ii ?
I'm disappointed by the consistent tardiness of Tintra. My broker have shifted my ISS shares to a standard investment account. Just hope to find a way and access the MBF with JpJenkins.
Sorry that should be 19th January

Hi elmstterino,
Yes it is worrying, they have missed the 9th January and 29th January timescales for the MBF to be available. Nothing on the TNT website to advise progress . Not a lot we can do I guess but wait and hope all be be ok.

Got the following this morning from JP Perkins in response to a query asking for go live for Tintra. Slightly worrying.
We have not got a go live date confirmed yet, still awaiting those final documents to onboard

Morning all another week closer to departure or whatever else you have planned. I have been told not allowed to move delisted shares to a new broker so awaiting news on how to access MBF. GLA
On the JP Jenkins website is the name of a broker that can be used for the MBF. I am with Hargreaves’s Landsdown, they have told me that I will be able to use the MBF .
No advice given or intended.

Great to hear @OBNC and yes @makemoremoney that's the million dollar question
