My holdings are in ISA and SIPP.
How do I get them into a normal trading account? I hope to take cash offer too if there's one....
I'm sure others will know more than me, but firstly the shares aren't being cancelled - the listing on AIM is being cancelled, but your holding will remain as it is. I think a number of us are now hoping for the cash offer, but it's not confirmed as far as I know. There is however, in my opinion, no need to get a certificate - your holding is recorded by your broker and will remain recorded, the only issue being that shares held in an ISA or SIPP have to be listed on an exchange, so would have to go to an ordinary dealing account.
Currently, I have a share holding woth my broker, however, they do not hold the share certificates.
They informed me that they need to be ordered and will cost me £25.00.
After the shares have been cancelled, I will not be able to obtain this share certificate again.
With this cancellation of shares in mind, would it be wise, I intend to go for the matching cash offer, to obtain the share certificate or leave it where it is?
Is this matching cash offer now a certainty ?
Hi Ian,
Drop me an email on spssoldshort@live.co.uk
I don’t monitor this email closely, so may be a small delay in replying
Merry Xmas
Cheers
Robert
Ditto - after the HE1 fiasco, I need the cash.
With the number of shares held by the BOD etc, there is no chance of this not being approved - but I SUSPECT that votes through nominee accounts (II etc) will be aggregated and submitted en-bloc on the last day - so there will be some who vote against at that point. I voted for, simply because I saw no purpose in voting against - as soon as I can sell i will be - my need for the cash now outweighs my faith in the prospects of the company (I still believe in what they want to deliver, but the timescales don't work for me now)
Have you instructed your broker yet on how to vote?
No votes against=Bull****
Ditto any Telegram group - had a quick look but couldn’t see one.
Planning to goto the GM on 4th Jan, see the whites of their eyes and all that plus who knows what the situation will be by then. Hopefully see some of you there !
ManUp - I'd suggest that as we will be delisting (yes, I know there is a vote, but it's a given!) the Nomad is simply doing bookkeeping!
Nomad has been with them since BOX, to SJH and now TNT . I dont think they would just drop them. Something wrong imo
I would also appreciate hearing of any Telegram group. The tumbleweed is blowing on this bb
We have been here before with nomads same time of year . They throw their toys out pram and shaft us. But hey we keep coming back from the ashes. If any one has link for telegram group please post it as this BB will be a tumbleweed zone after AGM thanks to all posters and the very best for Xmas and to the future if you decide to hold GLA
The RNS we had today is the RNS I wanted Aidan. Reasoning behind the behaviour of the Nomad, and will they get replaced, above all else. Intention of LRB a little vague, but knowing they are still interested gives us all reassurance.
Why thank you HeresHopin that’s left me with more hope than I had before
Great idea to have a telegram group - even just to stay in touch with similar investors
Good news for tintra holders
MBF still going ahead so we still have hope.
TSFO - there are telegram groups for lots of shares - as to the update, an RNS at the moment would be pointless - we had two yesterday - the GM is announced, and the nomad has resigned - what other update would you want bearing in mind no update means nothing to announce?
A comms group sounds a good idea, it would sure help people through this. The MDF will help and hopefully will remain in place for some time.

The lack of any updates disgusts me. Tintra knew this was coming. They are still bound by AIM rules to issue an RNS. Tricky without a Nomad, but can still be done.
Shares can be traded off market, but as said, it’s more complex. Once the MFB (MBF?) is in place it will be much easier. An update from LRB would be extremely helpful - stating the effing obvious.
I think we need a comms group going forward. Telegram seems good. Let me look at setting one up? Not sure about the rules and regs GDPR about these things though.
Appreciate the replies.
I intend to retain my shares until I get a clearer picture of how the company is or is not progressing.
The very best.

Yes, the tender offer can go ahead - as can private trades if you can find someone to buy (though I suspect that is a complex process). This chat will (I think) continue to exist - it did for other shares I had which had long term suspension. Tintra website and twitter (x) feeds are good places to look I guess.
Hi Aidan 31,
Thank you for that, Yes we are locked in as you say. Can LRB35 still go ahead with the Tender Offer if they wish to , even though we are suspended with no Nomad?
Once we go Private, we will lose this type of shareholder forum I guess, any idea of how we will be able to follow what is happening other than to look on Tintra website.
Thanks again.
