Great idea to have a telegram group - even just to stay in touch with similar investors
At 0.40p my holding is so under water I'm just going to hold until something happens -
Thanks Occam. I get the company benefits of not being listed but suspect that they will be more to do with corporate flexibility than reporting obligations. However you are right on this. I'm still interested in what everyone thinks about being essentially a small private investor in private companies.
In many ways it will still not be a small company if it needs $100M just to get to proof of concept. Anyone investing that much is going to want some certainty on future benefits and rewards. So does that suggest that my small parallel investment is still both secure and potentially profitable?
Thanks Nelson. As you say the trickiest part of this for me is the lack of an exit route. However, anyone prepared to buy stock at £1.50 despite knowing that £100M is needed just to get to 'proof of concept' must surely feel that there is huge potential here
I accept that capital may be tied up for a good while but what am I missing here?
Given the serious prospect of being left holding 'unlisted shares' It would be useful to gather general views on what people see as the benefits / disbenefits of this

As I said a week or two back. BOD can't be dismissive of short term share price as its pivotal in enabling them to raise future funding. Getting more funding at even around £5/share will in my view be tricky if the SP doesnt shift soon
For what its worth I am, for the moment, comfortable that the team is developing well nbut will take another view in a few months as to how well it fits the companies strategy and business plan.
I also accept that RS is maanly interested in the SP in 3,5,10 years. However, given that SP is one of the main metrics used to leverage investment, taking care to build it in the short term is essential to survival.
Take care BOD. The road is littered with companies with strong prospects that failed to get there
Thanks Msuk.int
MACD and RSI finally coming back ... so long as they hold
looks like we are 160,000 through the unknowns (CLN's ) so far - holding up ok so far
In this singular instance you are actually right.... the best thing everyone should do is ignore you. Hopefully, these exchanges will help new investors have the confidence to do just that as well
Nothing tough about it..... what did you expect doing what you did
You didnt have a difference of opinion. You were clearly undermining the Sp by repeatedly misrepresenting the CLN. I suggest that you should be greatful that you only only got a *******ing from Swervington.
Having just got back i've now wasted 20 minutes reading this transparent garbage. Do yourselves favours everyone and just filter them out
It's a sad tactic Im afraid Swervington. They post extreme FUD for a few weeks to damage an SP and gather stock then flip as Benny did for a week or so to appear even handed and so avoid being seen as manipulating the market.
Its so blatant and sadly makes LSE one of the worst trading platforms
There arn't any "real" concerns about funding other than those that you are trying to generate with unfounded posts like this designed to generate FUD ammonst PI's
I would hope by now that people on this board will have developed enough good sense to see through this
The point was about the extent of 'unknown' trades being recorded late in the order book...
Your welcome :)
This offers a bit of an insight into some of the issues noted in the way MM's operate:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/289034/12-1069-eia8-minimum-obligations-of-market-makers.pdf
The fact that there are regularly more 'buys' than 'sells' suggests to me that MM's are gathering stock at the lowest possible rates potentally ready to sell at a serious markup later.
They are also responsible for maintaining the order book. If 'unknown' trades were in fact 'buys' and recorded as such then the SP would mathematically move upward
Alternatively the unknown are MM 'buys' to accumulate ready for future sale -
