RNS Number : 3511K Timestrip PLC 19 April 2010 Timestrip plc ("Timestrip" or the "Company") Strategic Review Update and Suspension Further to the announcement of 18 March 2010, the Company remains constrained by lack of working capital and has been unable to get sufficient investor support to fund the business. Accordingly, the Company has requested an immediate suspension in the trading of the Company's shares on AIM. The Company is considering a potential offer from several existing shareholders who have expressed an interest in making an offer for the shares of the two operating subsidiaries with a view to continuing to operate them as going concerns. The joint CEOs, Paul Freedman and Reuben Isbitsky, have been approached to continue managing those businesses. Although it is anticipated that the potential offer would enable some money to be returned to shareholders, it is likely to be a nominal amount. A transaction such as outlined above would result in a fundamental change of business pursuant to AIM Rule 15 and would also be a related party transaction in accordance with the AIM Rules. In the event the proposed transaction proceeds, it is envisaged that a circular would be posted to shareholders by later this month and a General Meeting held to allow shareholders to vote on the proposed disposal. A further announcement will be made in due course. time out
will tell with this one but i agree with global and its a shame casper sold out as i think we will see a turn in the next week or so with this one. Surely as a final option they would look at another placing or dilution before winding up? i think thats a way off yet and maybe they will do a placing with an equity fund company. Anyhow i for one am holding and topping up as and when and good luck to all those out there doing the same. Fortune as they say follows the brave :-)
I'm not one to waste my time & lock up my $$$.... You need to play the market & not let it play you. Hence, there are very few shares that I would do so... I did top slice TIME last week when it spiked over 41%... Set aside playing the volatility, there is some serious $$$ to be made if you close your eyes and wait contingent on your entry point(s). Every "PI" has different expectations and trading strategies but not only keep in mind why this share ha tanked over the past few weeks, but what it literally has to offer in a takeover bid if it ever happens. For me it's worth the risk and wait and have been topping up in small increments when it hits its daily lows. GLA
I know one can predict exactly what's going to happen but the last heard was this: It is considering all options open to it which may or may not include an offer for the company * Directors wish to clarify they have not received an offer and are not currently in any discussions " How is that good news when there are not even any discussions going on. what's going to make th SP jump soon as some peoplw are predicting.? Thans for your help
All buys on the Plus Market today! Casper... GL my friend.:)
Too late for the advice mate........i couldn'y hack it anymore.......lost patience and sold 500k shares for a loss of about £600 ................i really feel gutted as funds were needed elsewhere..........i wish u all very best of luck......and hope this picks up.....NO! shoots up sooner than later............chances are it will now that i have sold out........once again good luck.........
To topping Up again... .26-.35 spread... Just be patient and this will serve us all very well! GLA
nice one mate, lets hope it comes over from plus to see us up here today :-)
Maybe your're right watchers the shareprice ticks up as soon as i appear.......check it mate up 16.67% on plus....
it should have read.....rewards out weigh the risks
Look at it this way......at the moment there are lot of companies facing funding problems due to banks not lending because of recession.........lets say because of this companies go bust.......do you know how many companies will go under?........my guess it will be in 100's if not 1000's.........imho AIM would collapse.......will this happen?.....imho no........GOV won't let it happen.......there are lots of serious implications involved if these companies go down and out........yes there will be few which go bust...........trust me not all............example i want to give today is EEE...........down and out few days ago.......look at it today out of nowhere there seems to be light at end of the tunnel..............another example, RAY as i mentioned the other day........around 2p.......few weeks back down and out.........today 10p.......now thats a WOW factor i would like to see with TIME trust me mate w can get atleast x4 our stakes if things go in our favour i.e T/O ......or on the otherhand bust and lose the lot..........imho risks out weigh the rewards................GLA
im good mate thanks, nice to hear from you. when ever your on the board we get a rise so welcome back ( hope i dont jinx it now). sent time an email asking for an update but got no reply as yet ( not that im shocked as they cant give me any info really just thought it may prompt an rns update). Anyhow hope your having better luck elsewhere :-)
Idea of the game is.......you got to make better offer than the market............I offer them 0.35p ..........LoL........anyway how are you keeping mate........long TIME no speak......
if people need there £30 so bad ill give them 0.31 for their shares!!!
not true as just offered .31 on a dummy sell. even after the two large sells we are getting offered close to mid price. the mm's still will take them so i still feel news will come in next week or so. 0.40 to buy though through halifax. gl all and we need a few big buys to get back to 0.35 -0.45 which would only be a couple of mil. If ask drops to .35 i will probably top up :-)
Or Below... I'll certainly buy a few more... :)
playing the game again, nothing but buys and yet a little tree shake as i thought but no-one panicked. i expect a much bigger dip soon as they will want the shares once the news is out (if it ever comes). Missed the chance to top up myself and this is now above my average so maybe ill get the chance tomo :-)
Top up @ .34p & appears it had gone through the Plus Market. GLA
It getting close to topping up again. Just quoted a .38p buy:) GLA
out there today, anything happening on plus?
if we will see a big tree shake come monday morning to try to trigger some losses for them to get some shares? i am making preparations to free funds on the ready for a dipp for another top up. I think this could well be an all or nothing share and i am leaning towards the all side more. Have a good weekend all and lets hope for progress over the weekend :-)
Looks like the MMs finally running out of shares, i recall i saw an article which when see a -500 followed by normal buy of 500 means MMs short of shares, i cannot be 100percent on this as all my notes are in England and im in Thailand at the moment, if this is going to go like the great north wind then it will not be long i think,Well done MMs for letting us all get good entry price
how long will they hold the shareprice for............another signal sent...............
We are getting enough of small buys.........which is good as they all add up..........but what we really need is buys in millions or 1/2 millions atleast like yesterday............i am sure in 2-3 weeks we will now something with regards to T/O........example i want to give today is........HLO..........the share price dipped ......picked up settle at £1.80 for about week or two then boom......T/O rumour up she goes..........imho the story is going to be the same here.......the question is not if but when?............Adyor.............very very risky so please dont buy on my account.......only invest what you can afford to lose.......the bigger the risk the bigger the reward imho..........................watchers you state who needs 70p?........i dont mind 5% of that which is 3.5p......lol....good luck mate........
