That guy on Twitter is weak - straight up, im all up for charting but if it was as easy as reading a chart and arriving at a near dead cert on any stock, nobody would be in a loss anymore. There would be an app for it and heck we'd all be millionaires.
@Safy - I just wondered what " #TILS just touched the 8ema at 103p" meant.
The £1.20 point is total bollxxks of course. Not my mate, was just searching #TILS
The sector is weak today
And your twitter mate wrote surpass, i will just go with 120p to prove my point that they talk ****e
@Alwaysone
if this bounces to 120p today ill give £50 to a charity of my choosing and post the screenshot. Dont trust these Twitter guys mate, they chat **** 9/10.
You can screen shot this post and hold me to it. And that will be £50 on top of what i would normally give from my daily earnings.
The record date cannot be back dated prior to a shareholder vote.
Twitter - make sense?

#TILS just touched the 8ema at 103p. Hence expecting a strong bounce up to surpass 120p. Excellent buying opp. Just cant believe it's still down here. Should be in the 200s. Strong Buy!!!
Record date being backdated would create issues, Some say (guess) record date will be late June
@ jadam, yes I guess so, but to be honest, if you get a reply from Hannah, it will no doubt refer to the RNS.
It is not possible to back date a split especially one which has not been voted on by shareholders. I fully expect teh vote to go ahead and the split record date to be ither that same day or say a month in advance. It cannot be backdated.
WHY are you all so fixated with the POTENTIAL company split, when I keep showing the RNS that covers?
No record date has yet been set for the entitlement to shares in the new StemPrintER entity
Notwithstanding that the required approval for the capital reduction will be sought, these considerations remain at an early stage and there can be no guarantee that the demerger will be completed. The approval of the capital reduction will enable the Board, in due course, to declare distribution in specie of shares in the new StemPrintER entity to existing Tiziana shareholders.
No record date has yet been set for the entitlement to shares in the new StemPrintER entity as a number of technical, legal and accounting processes need to be completed before the demerger can be formally put to shareholders of Tiziana for approval. For the avoidance of doubt StemPrintER will remain a group business until such time as shareholders formally approve proposals for a demerger.
Cheers mate
I have been reading posts on here and I'm a holder here and i know this topic has been covered alot, has there been any confirmation if the cut of date is going to be back dated or in the future, I read somewhere jadam had emailed the company regarding this, I just want to move this into a isa but dont want to lose on shares in doing so!!!
Thankyou for any feedback
