ADR record date for issue is the 27th July.
It would make sense to also use that as the record date for Stemprinter. It does fit with the timeline after the AGM.
Change to ADS ratio effective 31st July
Extension of ATM's up to 31st July unless extended
Likely to mean ATM's will actually end this month?
I Like be fearful with people are greedy and greedy when other are fearful
Hence, I bought back the shares I sold yesterday.
This just makes it easier to buy ADRs on the NASDAQ. They must be expecting a big rise and instead of 5 times the current aim price of 750 ish it would be 3 ish.
Indeed, Warren Buffet also said "
“It’s far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price, than a fair company at a wonderful price.”
“Only buy something that you’d be perfectly happy to hold if the market shut down for 10 years.”
“The stock market is designed to transfer money from the active to the patient.”
All 3 apply here
IF this does demerge :
It doesn't matter how many shares you might get in the new company as the value of TILS will reduce and the combine value of the 2 companies will be the same.
i am saying, that AIM shares are still 1:1 (so no change in the amount of shares)
The 1:1 I am referring to is the number of StemprintER shares per TILS shares after the demerger. I wondered if having the ADRs at 2:1 instead of 5:1 would make that easier.
Usian and GTFC and others. what 1:1. are you talking about ??
TILS are thinking about a capital reduction, and a spin off of the STEm part of the business - its been discussed SO many times - even this morning.. There are no free shares BOGOF etc etc.. Regardless of how many shares you own, after the corporate action the VALUE will be the same.
Why would it make it easier to do ? whats the difference in Dividing by 1 instead of 5 or 20 ??
Wouldn't this make the 1:1 StemprintER shares easier to do too ?
usain_ correct that's what its saying
its gone back to 151.5 on Halifax to sell
I get the ADR share split but not the why. Any ideas?
Yep, they have dropped the bid to 145 currently.
Robin Bar - stewards, dont fall for it.

I’m guessing the thinking must be: When tils sp goes up, a bundle of 5 will be quite valuable and maybe they think easier to trade bundles of two.
All that's changing is the ration of ADR's to OS's, it does not impact ADR holders - the former ratio of five (5) ordinary shares to one (1) American Depositary Share ("ADS") has been changed to two (2) ordinary shares per one (1). The price will change and the number of ADR's in their accounts will be adjusted accordingly.
oldapche they have dropped the price 150 to sell and nt to buy
So does this mean that from 31 july, to convert the US price to UK, you will now divide the US price by 2, and then by the exchange rate?
There will be no change to the value of our shares but bet your bottom dollar, the MM's will shake to make you believe it's negative.
Bar-stewards.

Anyone care to shed light on this?
The former ratio of five (5) ordinary shares to one (1) American Depositary Share ("ADS") has been changed to two (2) ordinary shares per one (1) ADS effective on 31 July 2020. There will be no change to the underlying ordinary shares.
