Sorry I can't win it on 2 consecutive weeks

“ I'm spoilt for choice on the idiot of the week award”
I’ve got a few, rather obvious, candidates to suggest to you for your consideration!!!!
"Honestly I’m expecting a drop as well but hoping for the best.
I think partly it is because we have been conditioned through previous price action that each time this share gains a lot in a day and you get hopeful for it then drops the next."
I was worried about the extent of the gap up, but I think this is a breakout gap. They are rarely filled and often signal the new long term trend. Not all gaps are the same and not all gaps get filled.
"THG is in play now. It won’t be around in public ownership after the summer, one way or another."
Nah. You think you know, but don't know what you're talking about.
People are talking like the scepticism around the bids wasn't priced in on Friday, it would have gone to 170p or more on Fri if the market didn't view them this way at the moment.
I disagree Blonky. I think £5 is a minimum that we should see but given the macro environment atm the bids won’t get there
The economy needs a breather. We have just had the most active 18 months of deal making ever. Interest rates rising. The world just needs to pause
During that time freight costs will fall and THgs cash machine will drive the share price higher naturally

I can't see much selling pressure now to drop this. Next RNS could drop any moment
Goldy
I think it’s about time you stopped bleating on about THG eventually being valued at £10. THG is in play now. It won’t be around in public ownership after the summer, one way or another. It’s just a question of how much we get for our shares and hopefully not get ripped off by MM or A N Other.
So get with the programme.
SP that’s a different guy. He’s used Goldy7
I’m the original Goldenyears aka Goldy
If City Spy is correct about Candy, we should see an offer from him within the next 9 days.
I don't give a crap if this drops 10p or not, if it does i'm buying more.
It could move to 200p+ in an instant on a Candy offer.
Numerous parties could still make an offer, nothing yet from Apollo or Carlyle so plenty more to look forward to.
By 'balanced' you mean the message HH posted from your recent history. LMAO.That looked extremely 'balanced'! Give us a break!
I haven’t sold a single share
I’m not saying “collapse” on Monday I’m just saying a bit of breathing space over the weekend and the cold light of day when we balance up the two bidders atm I think the market will come off
The market is already not taking the bids seriously hence it never hit the 170p. It’s not an opinion it’s a fact
The issue with you guys is someone says something balanced and you take it mean anyone is completely against THG. They aren’t
Goldy
I, too, hate to agree. At least some sense has returned. Since the wild predictions of £2-£2.50 open on Monday.
This will drift around, probably around these levels until a new bidder (hopefully someone credible this time) emerges or until MM bids to take THG private. Probably sometime in the next few weeks.
My prediction remains, by the summer MM and his backing consortium will own THG and all of us LTHs will have £2.50 (at most) per share burning a hole in our back pockets.
But but but, all the so called 'experts' said this will drift down to 106p on Thursday when they will buy in, but then opened 145p+ lol can't make it up
I hate to agree but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see this start the week going down until the next RNS drops and we shoot up again.
The names so far in the frame are just not that credible. If CARLYLE pops up with a decent offer then it's game on and I drain my bank account to buy more shares
I think Monday will see a drop at open. As I said last week these two bidders aren’t serious players. Neither have done a deal this big
They both have great tech credits (sort of for Candy) but at the start up phase
I think this will simmer down until a true PE name comes forward
Do I care? No as I think the value in 18 - 24 months will be far higher
This is the last year of negative cash flow then we are on the money making machine! Capex falling, whey and frieght normalise and then ingenuity scaling
Why would you want to sell?
All this talk of LTH etc is a joke. You all clearly want the quick buck
Goldy
And then gives the most 'insightful' view! Lmao. An upward trajectory attracts all kinds of idiots!
This should go down in my opinion as it always
does after bidding fever starts to wane. Good buying
opportunity end of the week.
