Guess that the below has been paid by now and wasn’t in the interim results as they were only until the end of March. Balance sheet could be very healthy.
Sharecast News) - Offshore energy technology and support provider Tekmar Group announced the award of a "significant" new contract on Thursday. The AIM-traded firm said the contract was for pipeline support and protection materials for a "major" subsea construction project in the Middle East.
It said the award was for a value of more than $10m, and was expected to be delivered in its current financial year ending 30 September
DS, this is why I love seeing you in the same shares I'm in.
Basically, your research shows Directors with skin in the game with majority of the float in the diamond hands of funds and institutions.
17% of shares in public hands = only a freefloat of approx 17% (11m shares) - We bought and sold 5m shares today alone... IMO this explains why we had periods of NT, as brokers were unable to service orders :)
£8k, congrats and merry xmas!
I'm pretty certain this list isn't up to date and it doesn't align with the company website but either way II's have a chunk of the very small number shares available...
Presumably they will like the Dogger Bank news (no rude jokes please;)
TBH I have no idea what will happen here but the sp/ MCAP is 10x lower than it was three years ago, with a couple of big deals landed in a growth sector so I'd say it's a good thing but wtfdik.

It will be interesting to see how the sp goes from here (hopefully up, up and away ;)
Made 8k in less that 24 hours
Well said NE, why would a company want to dilute shares when looking to merge with, or sell to another company. That's deal suicide. Funny how our other deramper jogged on when we hit +50%.
Okay let’s see :)
Nice try at a deramp.
The proposal being considered represents a strategic investment from a global institutional investor in the energy sector, which would provide funding for the Company to follow an ambitious plan for growth, both organically and by acquisition.
The proposal being considered would not result in an offer being made for the Company's shares but would represent new capital investment, at or around the current share price, and would allow the Company to retain its admission to trading on AIM.
Hope people took profits today i have no doubt this small mcap will multibag in time after today news However check the cash situation and becareful of a placing coming imo
I think it’s got to be a price above this price if that makes sense? I think a big major investing would see huge upside in TGP and a massive vote of confidence. Cash injection too
Just seen this article. And all these wind farms offshore will need cabling
Total installed offshore wind capacity will reach 330GW by 2031, up from 34GW in 2020, according to a new report by Wood Mackenzie.
By 2030, Wood Mackenzie expects 24 countries to have large-scale offshore wind farms, up from nine today.
Cumulative global capex spend in the sector is expected to hit US$1 trillion (€0.95 trillion) by 2031, the report forecasts
The bit about 'current prices' do you think it means 'current' as in now or current as in the moment when a transaction is made? Also, she that it is not necessarily about an acquisition but more about an investment.
Hopefully BP are one of the companies who will bid then!
Reading the RNS OF SALE process; No bidding war just a major player investing at these Sp prices
Porter, couldn’t agree more there. BP ect would love this type of company. I see they have a place in Montrose not far from me in Aberdeen. Aberdeen soon to be the offshore renewables city of the world
NE, for most of these companies the profit issue is that they have too many projects and not enough competent staff to help deliver them, so have to pay a premium to hire in additional resources at the expense of the Principal Contractor where on an agreed price.
A company like BP would love to bring an entire highly reputable engineering function in house.
All the world leaders. Very interested to see how this plays out. A lot higher than 14p anyway
NE, crazy client list:
EDF, TOTAAL, SSE, BP, SIEMENS, SEAWAY, ORSTED, CHEVRON and SHELL to name a few
The listed company is seeking a buyer to help it turnaround a loss-making position and execute growth plans, for which it needs significant capital investment. News of the potential deal followed an update that several interested parties had made offers for the business.
Everyone should read there client list on the webpage :-p
