Sure did. Up 1.5% . If it holds or adds, then TED should move, or new theory requires
nice rally on wall street. FTSE futures point to a higher open.
hope for a good Monday. often get good rises on a Monday and if we did lets hope its lasts and isn't a Chesney Hawkes.
Don't think they need more cashflow, the need for sales
Dotlink - what?
After hours decamp crew has arrived! Ocean, yes, and just for balance, you could sell out and watch the price subsequently climb and then ask yourself whether you should buy back in and at what price. So could go either way, overall market seems to be getting used to COVID and shops opening back up, I'm optimistic for next week but who knows with this share
or rights issue for a 2nd time to raise cash is possible for this company to last throughout this year
No harm in selling , sitting out for a few days and watching the price for a bit. Likely to go down, you'll avoid any cliff edge, and I really can't see a rally any time soon on this. Then you'll be asking a different question why buy in and if so at what price
.
Doesn't bode well for the next step down, I'm afraid.
There did seem to be some support at 67.5p - and it's likely to be tested next week.
close 69.05 UT. not much of a bounce then. hope for better next week. AGM only 1 week away.
69.05p
hopefully we close at or above 70p.
good. we are just above 70p now.
Rome wasn't build in a day. still buying at 70p.
TED army will be strong after today. weak holders are out. onwards and upwards. bring on next week.
Good luck!
I respect anyone who puts their money where their mouth is.
I wish you well in your next investment.
And I have now sold and taken a small loss. Correct decision. I may revisit.
if we break 73p that would be a HUGE Doji. a bullish signal.
Good luck to all. I wish everyone much success.
"Some big sells starting to process. Remember people - never want to win it costs too much. Just win."
You first...
ocean is one of those that always tried to pick the bottom. whats likely to happen is he will miss it and before you know SP is up 10 20 30%. maybe ocean should accept he may have missed the bottom and change strategy and look for a new uptrend. that could happen today if we break 73p.
"Nobody knows then I have underestimated how weak this stock is. And it only makes a collapsed more likely. Looks like I'll have to average down next week with at 56p"
If you were unable to spot the other glaring error in your calculations, I find it hard to put much faith in your now 56p target. Perhaps you're one of those eternal proficiscors of doom. We'll see where we are next Friday. I'll be surprised if we're 20% lower than we are now.

Have a read of the news: retails is struggling in terms of footfall and consumer confidence. We've also had news that some John Lewis where Ted has concessions will closing. However, part of the reason for the fund raise was to pivot towards online sales, which happen to be up by 78% since the lockdown. No one on the TED BOD is sat twiddling their thumbs, they're cracking on with turning the company around. I doubt much attention is paid to the day to day movements of the share price.
If you're so confident of such a drop oceanpassage, sell and pick up cheaper at your 57p target. My guess is you don't hold the shares and hope to get in cheaper. Although, I agree, BBs have little influence on meaningful, long-term SP movements.
