BTFAITH1 you beat me to it.. I was just about to say same thing... buying pressure building up now...
In your opinion.......
DBNO i think this is OVERSOLD and looking to bounce
Ha ha it does look primed for a rise back to the high 70’s. We all know how fast this moves
while i'm here. a message for ocean. BOO is overbought. be careful there.
seems BTFATH1 has taken the mantle off me here. still watching this. a bounce will come but i'm not sure when, maybe today. could test the 71p area. or mid 70s.
if we can get over 71 this will be back above 78-79... just hold and be patience as this is to low with MARKET BLUE
Shortly
"this seems to track FTSE and wider market sentiment"
Well, it certainly didn't today.
Been away from the computer today - nice to see my BOO buy-back (from 264) triggered at 259 (now 270) - would have sold it, but wasn't back in time.
...but TED is disappointing. I'm not certain it's tracking much to be honest and won't move up significantly until numbers/results support such a move (if they ever do). If there's a full retrace to 62, I'll pick up some more, otherwise it's a long game here.
Yes definitely it does always seem to drop dramatically in the morning and rerate in the afternoon. Seen that pattern for weeks now
It's tempting for sure and 70p is a decent entry, my issue is this seems to track FTSE and wider market sentiment, which is not great currently. Mind you, TED'S online sales are on the up so amy more lockdown will surely only drive that
The swings are too good to miss out on, great products offering superb quality and they now have plenty of cash. £30 to 70p is crazy.
I believe the Answer to your question is no.
Very interesting find.
Perhaps they want to take TED private and then sell it on after it's rebuilt.
I also noted this about another of TED's major shareholders:

Whether you believe in TED or not, it certainly has some high profile investors.
If can hold above 74 this could end up BLUE
i own another share where Tosca own a big %. that SP is pants too. they are almost at 30% here? so they can't add much more to their position without making an offer for the company.

recent article dated 27th July.
Is never to follow as their tips are always laced with conflict of interest...on big institutional behalf.
They are paid to do just that, otherwise they cannot exist .
As always dyor
thank you for the advise, i have been monitoring a handful of companies in the past month / reading up on them, just that moment of your first investment is a bit scary :) not investing anything large or anything that i could lose but obviously don't want to lose it also :) will continue to read and monitor :)
"Crober33 - I would strongly suggest you do your own research and not rely on boards like this for investment advice."
I second this.
" morning, is now a good time / risk to buy shares ( would be my first ever purchase) thanks "
with respect, if you are having to ask that question, then you are NOT ready to be buying and selling shares
You need to study the markets and LEARN for a minimum of 12-18 months without buying anything....learn,learn,learn
When you feel like you have enough knowledge to stand on your own two feel and make your own decisions..then look to be buying and selling..
First piece of advice...before you start thinking of how you can win on the stock market....learn everything about how not to lose
Good luck to you ..

morning, is now a good time / risk to buy shares ( would be my first ever purchase) thanks
The broker downgraded TED today which is probably a good sign as the morons had a target on them of £30 less than two years ago. Clowns, are they taking the **** or are they stupid...
It's actually looking very tradable today. I resent the stamp duty, but the swings seem broad enough to compensate.
