Well Dbay are really going for it........continuing to buy every available share now over 23% soon heading towards the max 29.9% holding?????....Backdoor takeover???????
Quite possibly.
They clearly have a game plan and are certainly not messing around here.
The other thing to note is that with such a small float left out there now, the price could potentially squeeze up rapidly should another buyer enter the market.
As I said previously..DBay definitely going for the full 29.9% share to exert control of the Telit BOD going forward...whether they go for another takeover will be interesting, but DBay aren't getting my shares for anything less than 500p..
Yes, looks like they're heading up to the 29.9% level.
So, they effectively control the playing field now.
If you don't need to sell nothing to concern yourself, just wait for 300p by year end. This is my best guess, but do your own research!!!
I think this will need a big catalyst to see 300p by end of year.
Since I’ve been here, just a few months the sp is really struggling at anything over 200p at the moment
Even when Dbay went from 18-25%, there was very little movement
210p to me is looking like a major hurdle
Seems to be a seller around at present holding the price down.
It will be interesting to see how DBAY's strategy plays out from here.
Dbay taking a pause, but will buy upto the 29.9% threshold in the coming weeks I would have thought? This is heading for 250p to 300p in the year ahead I would think?
HarryCaul i expect you saw that we started yesterday with a DMA on the ask at 200p with (i think) over 93,000 shares. this reduced during the day to about 75,000 the last time i looked. not here today at that figure. not attaching any particular significance to it, just musing.
