Will we see a flurry of late buys in anticipation of a Monday RNS?
Will this need to be suspended? Sorry fairly new to this!

Can you change the spread please
dont forget GWIK if you was lucky enough to get in before Suspension
MBO and now SYQ. Add SLP, HGM and CMCL to the bundle and it could be a glorious summer ahead. The offer is coming. £180k is enormous and not without reason.
Ceo Jamal Hassim owns over 30% of company. Utilico emerging markets 9% other dirs had another 19% (not sure now) cant find the company website anymore. Had checked this a while ago but going from memory.
48K Delayed buy
50K Delayed buy just slipped in
Personally, I would like to see someone come up with a finance deal that would give the Company access to the £3m banking facility, then the independent board could reject any offer that undervalues the Company. We could then remain a public Company and shareholders could hopefully reap the benefit of future growth.
I've not invested here yet, im still trying to work out what the potential valuation would be for the current CEO to purchase. Revenue doubles from 2013 to 2014, and pre-tax profit up 20x that of 2013. 2015 was much the same as 2014 due to not being able to gather all debts from clients which seemed to total £14m! I'm wondering why there is not more interest at a Mcap of £6m if the company is worth at least double... Still more research to be done until I commit, but seems promising. Are there any forum posters that are in the know here?
What's the betting the receivables are miraculously paid post any sale
Madness !!
would be higher if the company get paid from the customer.
personally expect offer to be twice the sp at least. 40p ish. Just a stab..
but IMO, the big buy is a good indicator.. Whoever it is.
No, £180k is not mine, I only wish..a small top up of £3k is mine, but am expecting a premium offer.. How much is anyone's guess. The launch of the new click per pay platform together with existing yoomob platform means the company controls virtually the full cycle..and should end collection/payment issues. Tapping the Indian market as well as SE Asia.. I don't expect the independent board to let this go cheap..
I wouldn't be surprised if it was Bob Morton.
you punts £180k without some info? where is this heading if positive and buy out goes ahead?
make that 7 June 5pm offer deadline. £180k buy is a dead give way imo :)
Am in too!
Top up for me. 8 June just the round the corner :).
£180k buy
