Johnski - it doesn’t matter where you come from - you would fit in anywhere - a good honest poster with a good sense of humour and a very likeable personality , hope it all comes good this week and all LTH are seeing blue for the 1st time
Best wishes all LTH and AZ of course
Peak, my grandmother was born in Pateley Bridge, so it makes me a little bit Yorkshire!
Yorkshireman - from one Yorkshireman to another - ayup - syme was my 1st investment - I'll let you know how it goes lol
My second - Forbes venture - currently suspended - I can't be that unlucky - can I ? - surely one of them will come good - or both - in any event like you not over exposed and the way I square it in my head is - the deals throughout my life I've been successful with far out way the deals I've lost money on - so overall I'm significantly up !
Best wishes all LTH
Hello York, lovely city by the way, used to meet a girlfriend (years ago)there every other weekend for day as it was half way, anyway! my first share was Lloyds however i soon realized that even with a few thousand although it would be a steady climb it was slow and at around 39p i think the progress to about 42p was only giving me a few hundred pounds. So from there to loads of shares on aim, bought millions of them dirt cheap of course usually when they were on the way up (fatal) as as soon as I bought them (always down a hole with HL) they stopped going up and went down...lost about £8k that way. Then met Syme Vela and Icon...latter a disaster, waiting on Vela but think I will sell there and put that into Syme tomorrow. I am saddened, ver saddened to see how certain people deliberately set out to disrupt this bb. It really pains me, sincerely. I dont know anyone here personally but have read every post every day since I arrived here at suspension, and there are quite a few sincere knowledgable people here who believe in this company and to see them deciding to respond to people who have, no doubt, there own motives for being disruptive as I say saddens me. You seem genuine and you are in here invested and I wish you well. i believe this will do well, and soon. Please ignore the fog of war and filter out the negative. Good luck to all Lth's for this week.
Thanks guys.
I have followed this board for awhile so get a jist of what's going on in terms off the business and posters, let's hope things turn around soon, if not I'll just stay invested as I'm not over exposed if things go tits up.
Parm
Yes he kinda explained it to me and that it was sharia compliant and something new, so thought hey why not invest. Yes my old man is invested think he has about a third off his portfolio here.
Gl all york
We all know the journey has been a difficult one with so many missed deadlines - we also know it’s been a very difficult year with a global pandemic to deal with - every time a positive post is posted someone has to counter it with a negative post that’s just an opinion with no supporting evidence - people say dyor and believe no one on this bb then post something they expect you to believe !! read the official RNSs and quote from them to support your view.
Best wishes all LTH good look AZ come on bring it home Daddio
Posted this the other day but thought I would post it again - it tell you what we are hoping for by the end of next week ( read it carefully - it could be end of sept )
No 2. The execution of the 1st IM !! - in July - it doesn’t state the end of July ! It could come at anytime .
The Company has entered into an agreement ("Term Sheet") with the Italian Banking Group and the Fintech Bank which envisages:
1. the signing of a commercial agreement to manage both the origination of new Client companies and a multi-annual inventory funding plan; and
2. the execution of a first inventory monetisation transaction involving a portfolio of Italian Client Companies.
Simultaneously to the successful completion of the arrangements above, Supply@ME will acquire up to 10% of the Fintech Bank, a level which is below the threshold requiring regulatory approval. An additional 10% of the Fintech Bank may be acquired at the option of the Company within the following two years which would require an authorisation process through the Central Bank. In April 2021, the Fintech Bank was valued, by a Big4[1] firm, at between €34m - €50.6m.
The Term Sheet incorporates a binding commitment between parties with reference to:
· the time-scale, which envisages the completion of the arrangements above in July, unless the parties agree to extend due to internal authorisation processes or technical reasons. The Term Sheet has a contractual longstop deadline of 30 September 2021;
If it does happen this week all the trolls will fall silent look stupid for selling their holding and lose all credibility forever - read it and look forward to this weeks trading - we could be on the brink of something very special .
Best wishes all LTH
York welcome.
Lloyds, still got the shares, just less. Mostly Syme and a few small ones elsewhere.
Surely your dad told you a bit more as to why you should invest in Syme, is he invested?
