What you saying?
that someone's prediction last week of .12 might not happen........... he knows who he is, resident ramper.
Considering Syme will be closed this Friday, it's not looking that good.
Not well known enough and as yet no growing revenues to get third parties interested but that might all change now!
Disappointing that SYME can’t get an external investor to buy up existing shares at this stage of the company’s development and provide funding this way as opposed to non-transparent related-party transactions with AZ/TAG converting loan to shares…such machinations make it improbable for the SP to recover to anywhere near past highs (sadly for LTHs).
Main take from rns is why take shares instead of £££?
IMO sp will be now creeping up until the big rns arrives and all brakes off. GL lths wr are getting there.
Although liquidity is much reduced at least this way TAG gets something back and can over time sell the shares to the dwindling number of believers, getting some cash in, rather than no cash in the short to medium term. As well as being seems to benefit the cash strapped SYME. After all TAG has commitments to RTOP and needs all the cash it can generate.
Perhaps an end of month RNS saying talks are progressing, progress is being made and further deals and announcements are imminent. That should get some buying activity!
If the share is dead why swap cash for worthless shares?
Given the choice of paying £80,000 per annum for the next X number of years in interest and further reduction in assets / liabilities (take your pick if you are a glass half full or empty kind of person), I am of the opinion that this is the right decision to take, IF AZ is not intending on fleecing SYME, looking at the bigger picture AND can see what is coming.
Personally, I see this is a great indicator of what could be to come.
You are all free to take from this what you want. I have every faith there are the usual personality vacuums ready to implode on this opinion.
I agree.Month not ended yet.All to play for.
Got a feeling we may wake up to a surprisingly positive RNS tommorrow morning or maybe that was just a long forgotten dream!
He just keeps on robbing us to pay Paul ffs 🤬
Given issue of 1.5 billion new shares to TAG around 2.5% of issued equity a new TR1 should arrive shortly.
Wondered how long it would take for someone to put a spin on that figure, after all that's why they used it..
So someone could spin it and they can carry on offloading blocks of 10-50 million of shares daily
A positive move for SYME as it reduces their debts, small dilution for shareholders by using artificially high share price.
TAG admits it is trying to raise finance using SYME shares as collateral I.e it needs more cash to pay off SYME working capital requests.
No mention of status of £1.766 million still owed by TAG to SYME as at 29 February 2024.
No new cash raised by SYME or TAG by today’s news.
I don’t like the issue of new shares.
Even with this share where there are so many (a really stupid amount) of shares in issue.
But i read this RNS as positive on 2 counts.
Unless I am missing something.
1. AZ has exchanged a loan value for new shares at a price of 0.00053 each. I make this to be 62% higher than last nights close of 0.000327. If correct - does that not show confidence his new shares will soon be ‘in the money”?
2. In a similar manner. Exchanging “real cash debt” for paper shares and “future reward” - i think, shows confidence. SYME shareholders, while not happy about dilution - now do need need to worry about paying back the cash and servicing the interest on the loan amount. Is that not also a good thing?
I may just have woken up in a good mood - but i see this RNS as a positive to SYME
Ps - i cannot wait until they consolidate this share at something like 10,000 to 1 - so we can tell at a glance if the shares cost £1…… 1p ……. or …0.00053 of 1p
Skint
This legalised thief gets away with it again. Nearly 63 billion shares of nothing and he still hasn't been done for fraud.
The guys a kin lowlife !
ALl this before WL in next 2 days. Hopefully a decent jump in next few days so I can sell a few. AZ drags SP down for more cheap shares
More confetti?
Repayment of TAG Unsecured Working Capital Loan, issue of equity and total voting rights

TBH I Don think everyone is saying itl be a massive SP changer.. just a couple of people, and I doubt they believe it themselves after every disappointment so far
