Message to all: Please sell me your shares ;)
is still undervalued at this sp. Even with cash to spare, I can't lay my hands on more shares -- they're being hoovered up now!
How rude, he never even allowed the dust to form. Spiritel announced today their interest in the acquisition of a private company. They felt they had to release a statement even at this early stage with no contracts drawn, which suggests to me it could be an influential move if it materialises. Should see strong support here next week.
I think 2.5p is a good target for spiritel as things stand. They are still going through a period of consolidation from all of the recent acquisitions but have plenty of potential just through organic growth within the new look business. However mark my words, Alastair Mills is very hawkish at the minute and the dust will barely settle before he is active again. Exciting times ahead.
and Portugal v Czech on box tonight - things definitely looking up.
Received an email today stating that final results will be early to mid July but couldn't be more specific
that STP is a nice, quiet backwater, one without crocs - no ramping or crossed swords yet. Big plea for steady growth and no ERG style shenanigans, Sold all apart from VTC to invest here - can't beat spring cleaning the old portfolio, binning a few duds and making a bob or three on t 'others.Special K, are you a cereal investor? Sorry - best of luck.
Finally some more posters, more fun than talking to myself!
All the hard work finally pays off at STP by winning 2008 Enterprise Convergence Award for Voice over IP Implementation at Regent Inns. Also Alastair Mills, CEO nominated for Ernst & Young's 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year Award. This only reiterates the pricipal that companies must have solid foundations to succeed. Spiritel have acheived more in the past 6 months than they did since IPO. We should see continued steady growth for the SP here !!!!!
I got these a few weeks back at 1.15 on recommendation of HSBC broker alone. Last week's news of improved loan facility from sympathetic bank might be good news but this game's made me just a touch cautious. Filed away for next year.
Not ramping here, just wanting to raise the profile of this stock on this board. It's well worth researching. Keypoints: restructured company returning to profitable ground; good refinancing (with incentive to bring sp over 1.50p); increased tradng volumes over the last month. A lot of information is availbale on their homepage, take a look and post your thoughts here.
it seems there's a shake on, more trading going through now. the company has a vested interest in getting the sp over 1.5p btw (see their restructured loan).
in response to latest announcement at http://www.spiritelplc.com/press.htm [regarding restructuring]
slightly higher volume yesterday, and the sp made a firm nudge above 1p for the first time in a couple of months. results may not be out for a little while yet (suggestions?), but they are expected to show STP is returning to profitable ground. it could be that, after a long absence, this stock will soon register on makers' radars pretty soon, recently receiving broker coverage. in which case, it does not seem unreasonable to consider the stock cheap at this price. good luck one and all.
are expected when?
The management of Spiritel bought shares today increasing confidence about the company!
Spiritel today announced the purchase of WN1. This is another shrewd purchase by STP allowing them access to customers such as blue chip companies Lufthansa, Servisair and Topps Tiles. WN1 is a leading accredited reseller of mobile voice, data and Blackberry services, and holds key industry contracts as an O2 Advance Partner, T-Mobile Business Partner and a Blackberry Alliance Member. Not only will this allow an increase in customer base but WN1 also turned over £2.25mil with a profit of £0.6 million, which when intergrated into STP will easily increase that profit. STP will now require some time for consolidaton and to promote organic growth!! Only then will the results of these latest acquisitions become clear.
The post regarding 7p was on ADVFN...
.60 does seem to be the base so topping up at this level is a good choice. I would be very happy with 2p. "Tara" on III think 7p within a few years
Ive been in these for a while now GedW and have been topping up everytime they hit 0.60 and blogged on their potential before. I have to say the company has got itself into a strong position but even on great recent news people are still not willing to commit, profit taking so early. I think these could produce good steady growth and Im staying in till they hit 2p (hope thats sooner rather than later !).
Company has issued a current trading for the year ending 30th April 08. Full year revenues expected to be up 16.2% to £15.8Mns and 2nd half underlying operating profatibility up more than double. 2nd half numbers up 30% on 1st half of the year reflecting the increased number of won contracts and successful cross selling.
like the news today.it can only go up.can't wate to see what this week brings. good luck and move the price up(stp)
Loan Notes held by Penta amounting to £7mns will be converted to ordinaries at 1.1p/share, a premium to current share price, along with these loan facilities being exchanged, interest on those notes £800k annually will be waived. This will leave Penta with a 49.99% of the enlarged ordinaries. A further £8.4mns in loan notes can be converted at a price of 1.5p/ordinary a whopping 150% of current sp.This is "a significant agreement with Penta, and continues the fundamental turnaround over the past 18 months".
By the way this share has rocketed today, and the excellent company information, tomorows expected interims are looking very good.
Last years interims were out on 31/01/07 so hopefully will be the same time this year if you go to ADVFN.com and iii.co.uk loads of info from other posters there which I find helpful. Newapple
