https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20180427/pdf/43tj9yz50x45fr.pdf based on this it looks like 0.12 AUD but hope I'm wrong.
It doesn’t work that link
Sorry... it does for me
Thanks Paul, link also works for me but interested to see what your workings are to get the 0.12 AUD opening price?
Mainly because the stock is issued at 0.15 AUD to Stellar shareholders and is being further diluted by 96M shares on 3rd May... But as I say, hopefully I'm wrong and as we know there are a lot of other factors to take into account which can move the price such as NWF now in a position to build a mine and produce revenue.
I believe this was all taken into account in calculating the theoretical ex rights price. Whilst I'm not expecting it to open at this price due to the placing offer not being fully subscribed and having to be underwritten, I still expect it to be higher than 0.12AUD, hopefully! Below from the offer RNS: Based on the theoretical ex-rights price of an NWF Share of A$0.223 per share ("Theoretical Ex-rights Price") calculated in connection with the completion of the NWF Financings (see below), at the Possible Offer Exchange Rate, the terms of the Combination represent:
Good news is that we've only got a week to wait before we find out :D
Fingers crossed. GLA
Another bit of news... NWF director Michael Lynn topped up his holding by 220,000 shares today at price of 0.15 AUD and director Robert Ang topped up by 3,078,622 also at 0.15 AUD. https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-change-of-directors-interest-notices-x-2.4157083/ post_id=32724271#.WuLbJHyWypo I'm starting to feel a bit more positive than I did first thing this morning... LOL
Director buys at that price should further bolster ours when we transfer over. I think an open of 0.18 but as you say we now have all the money needed to start the mine etc. All looks good to me
Just confirmed with ig.com, my new shares will appear when the takeover is complete and I can hold or sell them as I see fit. Personally I agree the could be worth holding on to
Robert Ang is going all in. Half million dollar investment, good on him... Must be pretty confident!
