"What's TMOR got to with us?"
Nothing but thanks so much for taking the time to point that out. Others might just gloss over it or even enjoy reading about someone who has had a good experience with another SPAC. If it's not your bag then read/post on the other forums you follow.
What's TMOR got to do with us?
Yes they was told to stop all twitter activity, NHS and the German deal. Its not cbd its for the flower itself. This company is doing deals on thc products not cbd. This is what the other companies wanted themselves
Yelnirb. Lots of deals????
TMOR = More Acquisitions
This share is soo exciting, raw thc and they been doing lots of deals
TMOR..?
moniman I expect a nice premium as a result of the listing price but, obviously, what happens after will depend on the quality of the RTO target and the market. I plan to hold as I like the idea of owning shares in a fully quoted medical canabis company.
It's funny because we also own shares in TMOR and will soon be shareholders in a British steel company which also looks exciting and anticipate holding. I would never have dreamed of owning shares in either line of business before my SPAC investments.
Baz , thanks . ATB
Will we profit though, surely that depends on what price it goes to once trading starts?
My elder son received this from Peter earlier this afternoon.
Hi Neil
I am very pleased to tell you that you and all other shareholders will the copy of the prospectus and the notice of EGM within the next 2-3 days.
Kind regards
Peter
So it looks like we should be expecting the prospectus by the middle of next week. We probably need to add a couple of days for HL, AJ Bell etc to get it though to those of us who have our holdings through them.
I think we are nearly there after a long wait and I'm hopeful the wait will be well worth it. This is a family holding for me and my two sons so we're all quite keen to profit from it.
GLA
Probably about 2 years if the FCA are still involved. Although today's positive CPI data in US has brought some positive sentiment back to the markets..
I emailed Peter a couple of days ago and haven't got a response for the 1st time - 'You will shortly receive a copy of the prospectus together with the notice of the general meeting to approve the resolutions necessary to enable the Company to complete the RTO process and confirmation of the completion date.' I would like to know how long shortly is ?
But what does it mean for our investment. The deal is supposed to be worth 0.47p per share, but seeing as we are the seed investors I'd like to think we would get a good premium on that, instead of a bunch of new city slickers coming along and hijacking us at the IPO....?
Free samples maybe the only thing we get back, I hope they don't forget who the shareholders are when it relists?
Do you think we'll get some free samples for our patience?
:-)
The prospectus should make fascinating reading :)
The existing shareholders should be rewarded big time as we have taken all the risks and waited 2 years!!!!!!!!!!! I hope the BOD don't sell us down the river...it wouldn't be right for a load of newbies to reap all the rewards when it goes in the market...
I wonder if it would get above 2p?
0.472p was the minimum price it was due to relist at. So considerably above where it was suspended. Hopefully, it will return much higher than 0.472p. Let's see....
I seem to remember 1.47pps somewhere?
Wait for the prospectus and shareholder info that will lay out the details of the transaction.
So what will it relist at and will there be a consolidation of the shares?
