Not really some of the good news is tied to regulatory deadlines so won't be 'consistently missed'. Of course the start of the drilling campaign has been delayed by rig availability, but it is anticipated it will get underway this month.
I see no reason not to be loyal to a company I have a significant investment in. In fact it would be strange to invest if I didn't have faith in them coming through.
Kind of makes me wonder about folks that inhabit bulletin boards to talk companies down. Can't be investors which suggests a sad outlook on life.
Indeed. A "bonanza" I've heard.
We'll see.
It's my own research which has informed me you have a very strange loyalty to this company, even after the badly handled corporate mugging of a share placement. You talk it up constantly and I've been In it long enough now to know these "good news" deadlines are consistently missed.
You underestimate me.
Clearly I do.
Have doubts you know what DYOR means though.
Investing is a game for the patient. Horizons should be years not hours. However there is much information, including but not limited to the timing of results announcements, to suggest Nov will be a busy month for news impacting the SOUC share price.
Thank you, but I already know what it means. I was just wondering if you did.
Define imminent please.......
According to the interview report in Malcy's Blog the drilling campaign should get going this month so with the Freeport restart coming up.too should be a good news bonanza imminent.
Bid = 63.7
Otherwise nothing to report although an acquaintance in Kamloops says it's getting quite icy in the morning. Purpose of call was mainly about i3E. He also said the TSX.V is very active today.
Warm spell here in Europe is fizzling out. A frost predicted for much of the UK tonight. Just need some (long overdue) news to see our SP make progress boosted by that jetstream tailwind!

Always my daily indicator when in the Rockies.
One finger reaching south at present.
Equally useful for UK projections.
Below average volumes tends to see a drop. Only needs a few sellers taking a profit on the recent high. Would expect the drop to be made up and exceeded on announcement of start of drilling campaign.
?? Rig expected on site this week.
Doesn't necessarily mean anything
. . . as evidenced by 4c pullback on TSX tonight.
Noted Viable.
Gor info there's an active telegram group following PXEN. A few holders subject to TR1 notifications post there. Link here

>NB. Please note the word "unconfirmed".
Big Bertha #16 should come into play at some point if 3 km laterals are planned.

re: PXEN noted. Several opportunities are out there.
Bid = 63.85p
Offer = 63.625p
SOU/TSX may take up some of the slack in next hour.
Great 'heads up' Viable. Much appreciated. Might grab a few more too.
By the way you might want to do some research on PXEN..

Although unconfirmed I understand the above rig will be moving into the Mt Olive vicinity within days. Accordingly took up some more stock yesterday.
May have to wait a bit but wanted to avoid any excessive movement on the arbitrage later in the week.

C$1. Fair. Steady as she goes.
Taking a breather on SOUC hype for good reason:
a) will be contacting Shubham Garg again as he seems to have slightly changed his tune on the company. Previously, four months ago, he was quite dismissive when I spoke to him;
b) 3-mile laterals are evidently commonplace and I know little about cross-unit permitting on the MOGB;
c) shall therefore await Gary's next announcement when the delayed Haynesville rig should be on its way back to Natchez.
Agree viable. Things have been quiet since the placing but the news dam seems set to break in the coming weeks. Malcy's blog reported drilling to be initiated 'as soon as November' so it's imminent.
Interesting read on batch drilling technology. It would make sense to hang onto the rig and drill a series of wells using the batch methodology.
It's coming, placee or not. Lot of kit to get from the Hayneville which had a snag with the drill. Anticipating news on whereabouts of next batch drill location. . . and wondering if the process can be scaled up; up to 10 rail-track pads are envisaged by 2024. IA and GM will already have a handle on the tech. See -

TSX now touching 60p levels whilst LSE lags nearly 10% lower. Looks like a UK placee has been selling as there have been multiple 'round number'sells today. Somebody may already be regretting that.
Over 2 million shares traded in Canada on Friday. That's more than 3 times average volumes and lifted the SP to ~59p equivalent. Now there's another director purchase. Should help see London get off to a positive start to the week.

Although backdated the above includes SOUC's production numbers.
Section 19 wellhead gas has therefore started to be shown in July.
As I was left-fielded by the cash raise my initial hype (mea culpa) is replaced by a steadily improving performance, i.e. H1 2023.
Interesting comment re the SPR https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/Biden-Is-Running-US-Energy-Security-Into-The-Ground.html
