I need a TV maybe they can lend me some credit when they do the deal this week Crusty ;o)
Steve have you not seen UKOG SP now, I think we sold at 1.93 and above not sure as my memory not as good as it was (old age) and also it was only exercisable above 1.90 and now it would be worth one tenth of the price although we seemed to spent it LOL, let’s hope the SP rises in anticipation of the Farmout GLA !!!
Or $2.5m indeed! ?
$5m for 25% plus $17.5m of endless credit CP...
;0)
Morning steve, 14th July is the date where we see if the BOD get bailed out by developments in Tanzania. Still depends on what they get for Ruvuma, all or part. I would say that post farmout on the 14th the asset is certainly worth more than today with its $140 million funding to production. So some uplift on the poxy $20 million for 25% that Aminex achieved which did not even cover exploration costs in full.
Morning Chris.
Not very impressed.
We have sold our stakes in horse hill etc.
Spent all the money on an aborted acquisition fees directors salaries.
IMO the board bit off more than they could chew anyway with the aborted deal.
Why couldn’t they have concentrated on smaller deals.
If we can get in excess of 100 million for Ruvuma they may as well sell and give it all to shareholders. The acquisition route seems as far away as ever.
If the Zubairs walk away then our problems would get worse.
The board cannot hide away and blame falling commodity prices and COVID 19 indefinitely.
Quite agree Christoff, we are exactly where we were over 2 years ago in terms of, waiting for the AEX farmout to complete and having a $5 million draw down facility. This is exactly where Neil Ritson got us to, the difference being that all the other assets bar Helium-1 and Ruvuma have now been sold and the money spent, so worse in fact.
New management ,during tenure share price prior suspension 2.45 , now 1.15 .equates over 50% paper loss for shareholders , promise uplift in production to date nil , handed themselves generous share options ,real result dilution for share holders ,chasing moonbeams on new special deals !! Result Zero , now back to what they inherited ,praying a deal will become reality at the behest of zubairs/and mainly Tanzanian government !! In simple terms yet another’s crowd of Aim con men ,masquerading as power brokers !! 14 th July judgement day !!
