Not sure how the 25% would be treated.
If something like that was to happen I can’t see them being very high on the list.

Could solo and Aminex do something similar?
Can’t see it being this year the way things are going in this corrupt country.may be we should all chuck some money in to have some flyers made and dropped over Tanzania letting the people know why there govt are deniying them billions to rebuild there country
Hi Jettydog, see you’ve done ok on EQT. I’ve been in that stock through the ups and downs, but looking good now. Solo’s turn soon I hope.
Good luck Jetty, I assume you mean the new Aminex CEO and movement on the 3D seismic and spud date? I agree nothing will happen over the Ruvuma PSA till the minister signs off the farmout, with the CGT already paid by Aminex and the stamp duty by the Zubairs I don't see what is holding it up other than the usual Tanz gov speed.
As for solo, where are they with a producing asset deal?
I assume any farmout by solo is awaiting the farmout completion by AEX/Zubairs
Helium-1 reckon they will drill H2 - with no sign of the IPO and the money to do so, it is again not encouraging.
Where this update Bod? and I don't mean the ARA!
I listened to the CEO last month and it was clear very little would happen this year so I have been playing elsewhere since then and doubled my money in a month so quite happy with the world. Solo needs the farmout done and a confirmed timeline for the drill and some cash emerging from TPDC wouldn't hurt. Additionally, Helium One don't seem to be busting a gut to get things done either.
I really do think Solo has great potential but I will focus elsewhere for now and be back later this year, good luck to all LTH.
Gas reserves huge. The time taken is definitely a joke.
If and when the fatmout happens take the money and get out.
I certainly dont want to wait another 5 to 10 years for any income here.
Exploration licence only for one year
Applied for production licence in Sept 2017 still waiting.
Probably wont have time to drill before exploration licence expires.
Just a viscous circle. Seems the Tanzania government are doing their best to discourage investment in their countries energy needs.
Does concern me that if we do want to sell the lack of progress may deter a potential buyer.
Something to do with aex farmout, ongoing, ridiculous, joke of a country that don’t want the poor people of there country to build a massive pot of gold on which to build there homes, businesses and so on.Rant over.
AF is also getting on for 65 and he seems to be taking it easy to.
Hi Joe, still here looking in from time to time!
6p was the life changing dream now 5.5p is break even ffs!
For me the 20:1 consolidation killer for the share price hoping the Tanzania government start taking a look at the world and realise going self sufficient is the best way forward and they start investing heavily in their infrastructure and natural resources. They have so much gas waiting to be brought to the market, 3rd world to 1st world in 10 years is they manage to agree the correct contacts.
All well.
Nr is 65 this year so probably taking it easy.
Farmout should be soon.
Board mentioned a while ago about some smaller income producing investments but nothing.
Maybe another big deal in the pipeline although a share suspension is the last thing anyone wants.
Good to sp rising.
Showing 1.40 to buy.
Let’s hope the rises continue.
Morning steve, hope all is well. No idea if he is still involved at all, I think trrime might still be in contact with NR? As per usual we are all waiting on the Tanz Gov to sign a document which was dependent on AEX paying the CGT bill, which they have paid.
Good to see the farmout complete and the $20 million for 25%, I assume anyone in the data room would be waiting for this condition to complete as it means the project is 75% funded to production?
Morning Chris.
I wonder if nr is still doing any consultancy work for us.
Interesting to know if he still has his 33000000 shares (pre consolidation).
Solo are so undervalued assets worth at least 25 to 30 million if not more.
Once farm out finalised imo a complete sale of Ruvuma.
Helium one not too sure on that one.
Have a good day.
Clap for Neil Thursday ;)
Fell
Can't knock his drill bit success or his Geological interpretation of seismic. Ntorya may well never have been discovered if Neil had not suggested drilling deeper based on his seismic interpretation.
Absolutely correct.
Not today then.
Must be soon.
Can’t you sleep Caddy, is the fact a Solo good news RNS on the way worrying you ;o)
Wish I had a pound for every time I have thought this just couldn't get any lower. My last purchase was when they offered shareholders a 5%discount at 2.25 after a lot of criticism. Took it up, not realising that they must have just needed more money to pay their wages. I remember just over a year ago someone saying they couldn't believe they managed to get shares at 4.1p. Buying shares based on ' it can't get any lower' is not the best policy. But I am not an expert.
Remember first buying in here during the ALba/Ukog/Prim days..... then I saw Neil Ritson who couldn’t have looked more like an arcitypal spiv from a Doctor at Large/Genevieve type movie ...I remember thinking he didn’t fill me with confidence...then I heard him interviewed.
It’s not rocket science why I too am down like the rest of you. My only top trump is ...I’m blissfully ignorant as to the level of my losses. (I bought some more at 0.85 and some more today ... on the basis someone will do something right eventually and this will turn)
Lets see if this Bod do a better Job Joe, they have a lot more to work with, with about 11 times gross as much gas as last time they opened the data room.
Wonder when this energy minister is going to close out the farmout, the Gov must have received and cashed the $2.2 million CGT from Aminex by now?
That bloody data room.....had high hopes back then
DPLSOLO, blimey, a blast from the past here!
5.5 gets me to BE, couldn’t let my self average down even more when this hit <0.05 a few weeks ago.... kicking myself but I’ve lost count on the number of times I’ve tried to average down!
Evening Chris.
Have averaged down recently.
Need around 11p to break even.
Only £70m mc.
I’m sure if the aborted deal had gone through and gas prices had held up we would have been there already.
