Thank you, NIInvestor, I find it is so difficult to predict how the share price will go in the foreseeable future and even when the excellent news of the $149 Government Grant was announced recently the share price fell on the day! I should like to hear a comment from the Spentral on this matter and also to know if the Financial Services are taking any interest in these share dealings.
I can only guess, oliiemarples, but it may well be that UK shareholders who held shares on AIM before transfer to Nasdaq are showing a current loss of approx 60%, as am I, too.
I have plenty of words but I can't use them here.
Down 67% I just have no words.
Good questions. I would also like some insight into this as I've never experienced this naked short selling before. I had a look at the Spectral AI sight and there are no updates. Perhaps in early to mid February the full year 2023 results will be announced and some catalysts or promising forecasts may arise from that as well as reference to the trading. I feel that some good news or upcoming catalysts can panic the shorts and trigger a mass exodus. One can only hope.
We are now well into the New Year so what is the future of the share dealings over say the next 3 months. I seem to be out of touch with investors' comments so I am wondering if the financial authorities are looking into the share dealings as many do seem to be suspect in which case, illegal. Have any comments been made by the Spentral management regarding how the stock market and the mm are reacting to dealings since transfer to Nasdaq. Obviously there are large institutions that are involved and as I see it if there are Naked Shorters , as mentioned a few weeks' ago, they do not have fees to pay and there is no time limit so could this go on for goodness knows how long. I am inexperienced in this type of thing so always very pleased to read instructive comments.
Silly question time. Can I get a Nasdaq company on the LSE site? Had a look but can’t find anything.
Cheers medjed. Will try and have a wee look tonight.
Forgot to say, skip to 6:57
Zak’s video is out, he says looking good on charting, looking for $4.
However he doesn’t take account of the fundamentals, inc. naked shorting etc.

Wow. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. I think we need some positive news like II’s on board or some big overseas interest. That would put the cat among the shorters. We can only hope and keep fingers crossed. I averaged down yesterday so hopefully not more dosh down the pan. I think it may be a back burner for a while.
3rd Jan
55% of all trades were short, that’s 182k shares sold short, from a public float of 250k.
The naked thievery carries on, seems to be unstoppable. Nasdaq is the worst, haven’t seen anything like this on FTSE or AIM.
As the Company is being linked with illegal Naked Shorters, has the time arrived for the Directors to make a statement because I do not think that they will wish to be involved, or I hope not, with illegal activities when they have such a bright future ahead of them. I wonder if they are happy how Nasdaq has performed for them since leaving AIM and if there have been any regrets in leaving the London market.
Looks like the naked shorters still have a strangle hold on it. Once the company can shake them off only then it will hopefully fly.
Over on Fintel stats show yesterday they shorted 64.5% of all 42k shares traded. So still a organised effort to keep it down.
Will be interesting to see how many short trades were made today. I suspect at least 50% of all trades again in order to keep it down.
I wonder what can stop them rolling their naked short positions over day to day?
Certainly not the FED.
Stock market is so corrupt and lawless its unbeleivable!
A few people over on stocktwits saying today could be the day. Let’s hope so. So far sp has been like a car crash in slow motion. Good luck everyone and fingers crossed for an uptrend.
What’s happening post market, it’s up 8%
It’s because they are colossal pricks IMO! Happy new year.
Just got mine too. Just need this SP to recover now
Yeh, finally got mine too. Only 62% down 😡
Mine have landed and wort about a third of what I paid before the merger. Boohoo.
Just checked and mine are there too. Nice of them to advise. Not once have they sent out a communication of their own volition. We’ve had to chase every time for an update.
The last few months have been a completely new experience for me in my limited involvement with share investing particually when a company on the London market has moved to Nasdaq and this does seem that we are going to see more of it in the near future from what I read in the National Press. It appears that the HL shareholders are or have received their $MDAI shares today and with the sp so depressed I doubt that many holders will be selling in the near future. When and what will cause a sudden upward shift in the sp and what would one expect the sp price to rise to.
Just checked my h&l account and the mdai shares are there finally.
No heard nothing since before Christmas. Been a long wait. Happy New Year everyone
